Haven't been here in awhile, last time it was very bad. Thought we would retry. Service was good,my steak was okay also. But... they don't offer baked potatoes only fries or mashed, I like a baked potato with steak. Also no bread of any kind to eat withsalad, I enjoy a roll or slice of bread with my salad. I ordered Baby back ribs and a salad My baby got a bourbon street steak and salad Neither one of the salads are any good My ... Ribs were burnt They were too hard to eat And I paid $67 for a meal I can't eat I will never go back to their door. And anotherthing when we pulled up we called and told them we were out there they said they didn't have enough people When we went in toget food there was like 10 of them standing around laughing and cutting up. Had lunch with my husband here today. It opened back up yesterday. Food was fresh and delicious. I had the bourbon Street... steak and my husband had their bacon cheeseburger. Our waitress was Shay. She was awesome! Didn't even wait for drinks..she gaveexcellent customer service ???? they also have cheeto menu items too. Read more
Waitress was ok, fairly friendly, decently professional. Adequate. Appetizer = chips stale, dip seemed to be just canned... spinach and cheese sauce nuked in microwave with hot and cold spots. Guessing the kitchen staff is untrained or just doesn'tcare. Entree = Noodles and broccoli and sauce done right, chicken dry, likely frozen far too long. Bread stick tasteless andbland, semi-stale.
