Ordered delivery off of their website. First the sunshine skillet was less than half the size of what you get in the restaurant... while paying more. Our server was Loryn she was great. Our food was good my turkey and stuffing was only warm, not hot. Everything else was fine... that we ordered. It took about 20 minutes to get our food, there was a large group that ordered ahead of us, so that was thereason. Our server did keep telling us our food would be out soon and there was a group of 12 that was holding up the orders. Iwould go back again. Read more
It was wonderful. They were out of biscuits, so they gave them toast instead, we had the large container of sausage gravy, and... they are always generous with proportion size, we had pancakes for 3 days. We love them.???? Read more
Some nice service and a really sweet place for a family dinner, I think it was called the beast burger which was good but a lot... to take in, the hash browns and eggs tasted good on a sandwich. Read more
I let Tara, our waitress know...it takes ONE server to make or break a restaurant. And SHE is fabulous! I watched her service to... others, heard her interactions with the kitchen and other servers, and she is obviously respected by everyone she deals withthroughout her shift. That is SO telling! This lady's energy and positivity pulls every other employee's attitude up with her.She is ON THE BALL, welcomes, remembers and respects her patrons, and is such a pleasure to have serve us. As a rule, I don'ttypically frequent ANY location of this or another similar restaurant having experienced such poor service in the past. But wenow look forward to our visits to this West Hamilton location Bob Evans because of THIS staff member. The food was delicioustoday. They gave me Banana bread today covered in mold when I called the store and spoke with manager they proceeded to argue with me... and said that it was made fresh this morning . I work in food industry it takes at least 2 days in moisture to get that kind ofmold if it was in dry stock then it takes 10 The bread itself was gooey and soggy Read more
This was one of the worst breakfast I have ever had. This was supposed to be the Homestead 2 eggs potatoes and 2 sausage patty's... 2 biscuits. Then every thing was ice cold and I arrived right on time to pick up my food. Plus my wife order Strawberry pancakethere 1 strawberry cut in half on her pancakes. That was all she got. Our server was fantasic! Wish I remembered her name. Very friendly, outgoing and made us feel very welcome. Food wasn't bad... for what it is. The bathrooms need a good cleaning, no soap in the bathroom, kind of wondered how staff could wash theirhands.... Overall a good experience. Read more
