Food is good and when we arrived at 9 PM when they closed at 10 PM we were told they are no longer serving people an hour before... they close, that?s poor service. If you?re closing at nine say nine if you?re serving people till 10 then you serve people till10. Read more
I have to say that this was hands down the best dining experience I've ever encountered. I have absolutely not one single thing... to complain about everything was PERFECT especially the food I don't think I have ever been so pleased with my food and I'm verypicky when it comes to eating at fast food restaurants. Our waitress was very polite and on top of things. Despite the fact thatthere were only maybe 5 other tables there besides ours it was a very good experience and since it was for my birthday it waseven better. I'd recommend this restaurant anytime and will be a returning customer for sure. Read more
Terrible experience at this location. Dining room was 38 degrees with the wind chill factor at 5 degrees. Server did not attempt... to fix the issue. The server was friendly and the food was good. The place is clean and fresh, with baked goods. The Blue Ribbon Bacon was not... as good in either appearance or taste as it looked on the menu. My daughter and I arrived at 1152am. We watched the server in our section walk by us repeatedly. I attempted to get her... attention but was ignored. At 12:28 we decided to leave. I'm diabetic and was in need of food. I walked up to the server area/wall and told our server we were leaving. She giggled and said "that's not my problem, we are a little short staffed". Both meand my daughter work in restaurants so I get it. But after 30 minutes we weren't even acknowledged. We will never return. Read more
The waitress did an amazing job and was attentive. The portion sizes are good for the price. But some of the food could use some... flavoring and the French toast wasn't very much French toast at all. This location was clean and the staff friendly. Read more
