Ordered a Whopper with cheese and it came without cheese. Wife wanted one with no pickles and it was also wrong. Fries were cold... and tasted old. Felt the food was expensive for what it was and the poor service. I guess you get that everywhere now. Read more
i ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and a hershey pie. i was rung out for the wrong order. the manager got my change, but when... i left with the bag, the pie was missing. when i called the same manager back she became hostile and unprofessional. once irecite that her employee rang me out for the wrong order and then her other employee provided the wrong products she asked "wellwhat do you want me to do about it". so i told her i would be taking it up with someone higher up. i will not be back to thislocation again. i went to this one because i have had good experiences before Read more
Absolute worst Burger King Ive ever been to. Never get the order right, and if they do the food is hard and horrible. Then, they... have the nerve to be rude and say "all you got to do is cone back." Went thru the drive to order two whoppers and onion rings. Told them no cheese cause I cant have cheese. As soon as I got... home there was cheese on both burgers. So I had to throw away. Dont plan to go back anymore. When someone says nocheese. He really don't want cheese. Read more

The people at the Saturday, Rockin' Rick's Cruise ins are so happy to have Burger King close by to dine at. The food is great.... The service is extremely excellent and we are happy having them nearby to use their services. Thank you all at Burger King-Hamilton West side. When I came into the resteraunt, I went to the bathroom to wash hands for dinner and to use the bathroom.....it stunk to high... heavens and was deplorable and plain gross to walk into.....I went out and told the manager guy of the conditions and askedplease could he get someone to take care of it.. He rudely and blankly stared at me and said nothing and went on with his day..Two more times I asked other employees and watched as they told their manager.. He did nothing.. I have been here for almost twohours and went back in here to discover that sure enough it is as gross as it was when I came in. Customer service has beenhorrible since the management switch. Cleanliness has been majorly neglected since the management switch. Also, the atmosphereis very negative. From the lobby we can hear employees cuss and talk poorly about customers. I usually don't write reviewsunless they are positive...but I hope the right people get to read this in corporate or ownership so something can be done. Weare regulars for years now coming in to buy dinner on Wednesdays and we will be looking for another place now. Please corporateor owner, help. We used to love it here so much. Help! I went to BK today for the first time in a while. The food, exactly what you would expect. But the workers are why I am giving 4... stars. Food was hot and out in a reasonable amount of time.
