Overall a good place to eat. Decently priced food. Decent selection of beer on tap. The burgers taste great. And the staff was... very nice. The only downside is, everything was very salty. The asparagus especially. If not for this, my review would be 5stars. Read more
Absolutely Terrible place! No one and I mean not one person inside this restaurant is on the same path or lie. You can call... about anything and when you arrive it's a total different story. It pains me to write this because I loved Chili's. I always have to convince my wife to come here, it used to be one of my... favorites but not hers. Now I have finally given up and will not return here. The waitress was nice but thought were were dumb.She brought my appetizer and forgot my wife's, when we asked where it was she said still waiting on it. Come to find out thewaitress thought it was part of the meal. So when the beef nachos were ready so was our food. The waitress decided to bring thenacho and leave our food in the back for an extra 10 minutes to cover up her mistake. Which made our meals cold. The beefnachos had some other meat besides beef. My wife and my pasta was cold when we got it. When I got my molten lava cake dessertthe ice cream was the size of a teaspoon, the chocolate inside the cake was still a frozen ball instead of liquid chocolate thatpours out after your first bite. Very poor customer service experience at this Chili's. Everything seemed to be going smoothly, until the food began to arrive.... Two entrées were missing, we never got them until an hour after other members of our party got their food. Waitress seemed tobe avoiding our table, didn't check up on us. Eventually I stood up and asked to please speak to a manager to a random waitress.That waitress came back to our table and told us one of our entrees was on the way, and so was the manager. 20 minutes later themanager came and handed us one of the Entrees. We eventually got them to comp one of the salads someone was extremelydissatisfied with. Still, no apology, no explanation for the low quality service. I understand being understaffed but thatshouldn't affect the quality of your service and how you're treating your customers. I would not recommend patronizing thislocation to anyone. Read more
Chili's has arguably the best chips and salsa. The food and service from this location has been outstanding. My wife and I visit... regularly and usually get the fajitas. Also of note, the fountain soda is very good, almost as good as McDonald's. Be sure toarrive at open as this is the least busy time of the day. I'd expect a small wait if arriving around dinner time (5-6). Read more
I love Chili?s, the food is good and the atmosphere is calming. However, this location is so understaffed that they will hire... anyone. My waitress showed up for 2 minutes to take our order for our drinks and then disappeared for about 15 minutes. When shefinally took our order it took about 40 minutes for our food to come out. A woman who was not even supposed to be serving tableshad to give us our food and our waitress was still no where in sight. Our waitress gave us no silverware and my dad had toLITERALLY eat his steak with his hands since no one else came back to check on our table. I had to wait on my food again becauseapparently it had gone bad in the kitchen. After everyone was done eating and ready to get out of there as fast as we could, ourwaitress came back and asked how everything was. It was a sickening experience. I wish I could have fired that woman myself butshe is not fit for being a waitress. Bless that woman who stood up and waited tables even though she wasn?t supposed to. Very disappointing experience at Chili's. I ordered a hamburger, plain only onions. When I got it it had cheese and I let the... server know. He took it to get me a corrected Burger. When he brought it back I could see pieces of cheese on the bun so Iturned the burger over and could see that cheese had just been scraped off. When he came back to check on us, I let him knowthat I couldn't eat that and he then lied and told me they gave me a new burger. When I showed him the burger he acted like hecouldn't see the cheese all over it. I told him to take it back and take it off my check. He later told me he informed themanager, however the manager never came out, never addressed it with me. I am furious, not by the initial mistake because that'sno big deal, but by their continuing to add insult to injury and making things worse. I ended up leaving with out having eaten.I'm fuming. Wife had an over cooked, dry burger, my sampler player of apps was great with the sliders, spring rolls and chicken. Mother in... law salad was alot for her, but very tasty. . The chips and salsa was the best part. The waitress was five stars all the way Read more
