The place has some good people how ever the management is really bad I was waiting on rice for my kid and it bothered me that a... girl was sitting on top of the prep table talking on the phone inside of the kitchen right aside of the bowl where the rice wasbeing made I told the manager about it and it seemed like she did fix the problem but after being looked in a very nasty way buythe girl sitting on top of the prep table and talking and laughing with the manager that started looking at me really mean androlling her eyes every time she looked at me. I realized I will never go back there and won't ever recommend anyone to go thereif at 6:00 pm they have no rice no beans the trash is overflowing in the dining room and people is cooking and talking on thephone and sitting on top of the prep table on the kitchen can you imagine what is happening back there there are way betterchipotle restaurants elsewhere do your self a favor don't go there is sad. Got there at 6pm on Saturday. No customer's in the restaurant. And we were met at the order counter with, "We're out of white... rice, guacamole, chips and ice." REALLY!? This store used to be backed up to the front doors with people waiting to order. Nowit's empty of customers. I wonder why. We went ahead and ate there but it wasn't as good as it used to be. We hadn't eaten atthis location for a couple of months for all the same reasons. We also stayed and ate our food in the restaurant. When we left?There were no customers in the store. Several people who came in walked back out after the list of what they were out of wasread. Oh, 3 of the fountain drinks were also empty. WHAT???? Read more

It?s actually really sad what our workforce has come too. Where do I start. This store was out of everything. Gave bare minimum... servings. I couldn?t buy chips b/c they were for ?online? orders only. The disrespect of these young adults was embarrassing(for them). The poor manager trying her best to deal with the chaos but it clearly was being ran by the non experienced,children. I will never eat chipotle again! Ruined it for life. Read more

The cold side person picked his nose with his pinky, used the sani rag, touched his jeans and picked up a trash can with his... gloves on. The manager (white with beard) followed all glove protocol, but literally was standing right next to his crew memberdoing all of these things. I?m not super picky when it comes to things and he didn?t touch my food personally, but it was reallyhard to watch. Read more

Consistently out of cheese ice chips and steak sometimes they are out of queso wraps for burritos this place doesn?t have a... manager that knows how to order correct inventory obviously and the general manager should probably be fired for not correctingit if it?s not them doing it Read more

The worst experience I?ve ever had at a Chipotle. We walk in and are told they?re only accepting cash so we decided to order... online. While waiting for our food, someone complained about their order being wrong. After receiving our food, we were giventhe smallest bowls I?ve ever seen at any chipotle. Midway through eating my bowl I found a hair in my food too. I almost forgotto mention that every single fountain drink was out of order except for lemonade and water. Literally the worst experience is standard here at this location. It?s the closest chipotle to us in Trenton- i would love to... travel further to avoid this one, but gas prices are $5 a gallon, so you gotta do what you gotta do. 1. We arrive and find outthat it?s cash only. My husband asks if he can order through the app to avoid having to leave and go get cash. This worked. Sohe sat in the restaurant and placed our order. 2. Their a/c is broken, so the restaurant was stuffy and uncomfortable. I can?teven imagine how the employees working there over the grills and hot food must feel. 3. Order gets placed and they made thefood (while my husband was sitting there waiting), so he wasn?t watching them make everything like when you place the order inperson. He trusted that they followed everything as he ordered. Wrong. 4. After being gone for almost an hour, we return homeONLY TO FIND THE ORDER ENTIRELY INCORRECT. I also want to be very clear that we are human and not free of error. My husbandclosely reviewed our order and out of our three meals, they got all three wrong. I ordered a chicken burrito that came with nochicken. If we looked back and realized that we forgot to select an ingredient on the app, that would be a different story and Iwouldn?t be here ranting. Again, I express that gas is $5 a gallon. We get all the way home, our burritos were tiny, missingingredients, our bowl was missing ingredients. The only thing done properly was the soda we poured for ourselves and the chipsand salsa. I try to call, use the app, etc. can?t speak to a person. Everything is automated. They offered me 3 bogo couponsbut I want my money back and a gas card for my struggles. I don?t want to go back and spend more money for things to be wrong.Not that anyone cares because there?s 10 more customers behind me who they know will still keep coming back but I?m done withchipotle.
