We ordered hashbrowns, bagel bites and two croissant stuffers. The hash browns were burnt and cold in the middle.. bagel bites... were cold. And the croissant stuffer was not edible it tasted like it sat out for an extended period of time. Read more

don't bother with this location, theres one not too far down the street that actually HAS employees that know what they're... doing. there's also no use in putting a mobile order in for that location, you have to wait in line for 10 minutes while theywork on one car at a time, it's ridiculous. I am in a 26ft box truck. I can?t make it to the window to get my order. I went in because it?s connected to a shell. They told... me they are drive thru only. I asked if I could do mobile order and have it at the counter. The manager still insisted I drivearound because people come in trucks all the time. I guess a class a cdl doesn?t mean I know where I can and can?t fit. Theregister was working. They had 7 people on shift. I?ve never been turned away by any place like this today. I love Dunkin as a brand but the store owner at this one has given me the wrong order too many times or skimmed on the items... that it's not giving the same as all other franchises. It's even gone as bad as him suggesting another order or making the drinkincorrectly but arguing that it was correct. A drink I've had for 20yrs. Smh. An employe was extremely rude. The hot coffee was cold and the iced coffee was watery after waiting 20 minutes. The Almond milk... was bad or something didn't taste right in two coffees. My wife and daughter could not drink the two coffees with almond milk,they had to the pour it out. The D and D app gave a choice to pick up inside or drive thru. I picked inside. Once inside theemployee stated drive thru only and turned his back on me as I was speaking. I tried explaining we paid and selected insidepick-up. Rude employees, bad coffee and cold sandwiches.
