Food & coffee were okay. Inside help was extremely slow taking and delivering our order, and confused in general. Many people... were working, but all seemed to constantly need help from manager. Manager apologized for the wait even though we hadn't saidanything (besides patiently repeating what we had ordered to several staff when they appeared without knowing what we werewaiting for). It was very slow when I went in but it took really long to make my sandwich and coffee. The food was just OK and normally I love... it. Not much effort by the staff working. No greeting, burnt food and burnt tasting coffee. I did like the store, the chairswere very comfortable and I appreciated the wi-fi. Read more

Went inside the lobby to eat. Very, very friendly employees. Had donuts, delicious although my favorite is still Krispy Cream.... My friend had the sausage and egg croissant..but he wasn't impressed. He also had the hash browns which are more like tater totsas they were quite stingy. They only gave him 5..and they were kind of cold. I had one and didn't like it either. Then two antscrawled on our table so we left. They need to spray in there for pests. The tables were a bit dirty with crumbs. Other than thateverything okay. Read more

My son ordered 4 Boston Creme donuts and an extra large coffee thru the drive thru. I was on the phone with him when he ordered.... When he came home we opened the bag and it was a chocolate covered white icing inside...I called and discussed what we gotinstead of the custard. We discussed it nicely but she was adamant about Boston Creme had the white icing in the middle. I askedto speak to the manager...she said I am the manager. I then explained I am 66 years old and for many many years because it hasbeen my favorite donut. l know what a Boston Creme custard is .. I asked her how we could resolved it. I said how about 4 BostonCremes donuts..She agreed. I want to say we both were calm. She was nice but misinformed and doesn't know what a Boston Cremedonut. I will give them one more time to see if I get the RIGHT Boston.Cream with custard.... if not I will go elsewhere fromnow on. Thank you for reading my rant. Read more

Listen, I know we are all going through rough times right now but I don?t think I?ve ever willingly waited so long for... croissants in my life. I think this is the final time that I?ll be attempting to go to this particular location because I?ve hadseveral issues here in the past, just from waiting in line. I think the wait time is so unexpectedly long for a bacon egg andcheese croissants that it?s not even worth it anymore. I waited for 45 minutes and I didn?t even get what I ordered. On the plusside, I read an entire chapter in a book on my Kindle just waiting for him to take my order at the speaker and acknowledge myexistence. I was so excited with anticipation because I was starving so imagine my disappointment when I didn?t even get what Iordered. Also, a latte has milk in it. The one I returned the first time did not. I wish I could give this Dunkin a good review?but it sucks. They never have half the things on their menu and it always takes at... least 20-30 min in their drive-thru. I do not blame the employees for this. This is clearly a management issue. Like, com? onman. Read more

They were a little busy and definitely short on staff. I showed the lady respect and she was kind back. The reason for 2 stars,... is because I ordered 2 drinks and only one was good and right. The other was way off but I sat in line so long, I said screw itand left. Everyone is short these days and I do believe the one lady I seen working, tried her best to keep up. Read more

Their sign on 3/7/22 around noon said "Inside Open" (I later saw a review from 6 days ago with the same situation). After trying... the doors, I called and the employee very rudely said "yeah, inside is closed". I'm assuming from the rest of these reviews thatthis has something to do with work ethic of the employees. Restaurant and coffee shop managers need to understand that limitingbusiness to the drive-thru decreases overall efficiency and doesn't create loyal customers. If you?re employees can?t handlehaving the inside open, they need to be trained better or replaced. Read more
