There's a nice young staff there they seem okay there's a woman who's a little bit older she runs the place she's cool every... time I go through this McDonald's or any other McDonald's on the west side of Hamilton Ohio they always ask if you want saucebut they never give you any sauce and Fries usually come out hard as a child I've always liked chicken nuggets now that I'm 42 Istill like chicken nuggets but the thing is I like dipping sauce I guess this is the universe's way of telling me quit eatingout Read more

Really McDonald's?? Out of the past 7 plus years I've been ordering breakfast burritos with extra cheese I have never seen this... before. I get breakfast burritos with extra cheese here all the time the time never had this before.Did you not think thatmaybe the cheese goes on the inside of the burrito? Very disappointed with this McDonald's! I've had bad food here the last few times I've been. I ordered a fresh fish and fresh... fries, special order. I drove to the window where the guy tried to hand me the fish sandwich, I asked if it was fresh. He ishollering asking if it's fresh. Apparently it was not so they pulled me forward and had me wait. The fish sandwich was fresh butpoorly made, the fries were unedible. I was upset that I just spent $7.00 on food that was no good. I was only able to eat thefish sandwich, not worth the $7.00 that I paid. So I call to complain and the manager wasn't nice at all, she hung up on me. Ihadn't been to this McDonald's in awhile because of the last two times that I went I tried to get fresh fries and was given foodthat was bad. I called the complaint hotline and haven't heard back from anyone 3 days later. After 3 months finally decided togive this location another chance. Today's order was a double cheeseburger, fries, large coke and a water. The only good thingwas the drinks. Fries were unedible and the bottom bun on the burger was hard. Read more
