Got some big Macs on the way home from work today. I live 40 mins away. Checked the bag, all food was there. Get home, go to eat... my big mac, and it had no big mac sauce. It was smothered in mayo though. ???? It's so dumb its funny, (not really, because wepaid for a big mac) I really wanted a big mac. Not the same without big mac sauce! Luckily my son's was ok. I was hungry andlive too far away to go back so I ate it. Couldn't do it all though. Too much mayo makes me sick and in pain. Even eating halfof it has me miserable. Lesson learned, check bag, and look inside sandwich before leaving. My daughter once got a big Mac fromthe new Lebanon one with just ketchup. She was soo mad because she was pregnant at the time and craving that big bag sauce. Picsfor proof, of part of the sandwich. Read more

The line was long! Wait was short. Ordered and received my food all in about 5 minutes. I ordered ???? hotcakes and sausage... platter with extra sausage. A cheescake, 2 ???? egs. A large coke, a large coffee ? a large orange juice, a steak egg andcheese ???? bagel combo meal with extra hash brown with extra syrup...and everything was perfect and nothing was forgotten..!Great customer service too. Food was super cold/old the lady At the pickup window was eating as she was packing our food and making our drinks. She dropped... a Frenchfry and I watched it go into our food bag before she sealed it. I have never had this bad of an experience at McDonald's. When I confronted her about the frechfry she dropped from her food she got snappy and denied even eating as she waschewing food... needless to say I would recommend a different mc.donalds. There is one not to far from this one that is great.We didn't even get our full order and I just refused to go back to get it after the incident at the window. Will never eat hereagain. Read more
Ordered a crispy chicken deluxe sandwich as well as 3 other sandwichs . I counted the order but when we got home I open the box... to find there was no chicken on my sandwich. Bought the meal and was given old Fries, a bun with lettuce, mayonnaise, and tomato. Make sure you completely open your order before you pull off or you may get home to find out you bought bread. So tired of not getting what I ordered! This is the 3rd time they have forgotten the second patty. What's bad about it is I get... halfway to work and there's no way to go back and get it fixed. I don't know what's happened this used to be one of the bestMcDonald's around and now the quality has gone to hell. Every time I try calling the store the line is always busy. I know theyare short-handed but maybe somebody from management or maybe even a owner will send me a PM so they can fix this. Read more
I really appreciated the fresh food tonight. The line was very long because the dining room is closed but I was pleased that my... food was good. I did order my food fresh and it was! This was a complete improvement over the food that I received from thelocation on Millville Ave. Read more
Service was fast and friendly at the pay window, short of that at the pick up window, had her arm out the window with my food... hanging, started to leave, stopped, she said something wrong? No I need ketchup. fries were cold, burger was not warm just ok. Read more
