Go through drive thru long wait only 2 cars, get to window the girl is rude and disrespectful. Asked for honey she slammed... window after saying it's in the bag. So I waive my hand get her attention she comes back to window so I ask again I need honey Ihave a 20 piece you gave me 1 honey, she says I said it's in the bag and shuts window again. Great experience! Was there today (10/21/22) at 9:52 am. I got breakfast through the drive through. The line was very long! When... I got to the speaker to order, the lady apologized several times for the wait. She was very nice and polite! The line was longbut it was moving fast! I couldn?t believe it. Both girls working drive through were very friendly! By the time I got my foodand drove home (about 10 minutes away) everything was still hot and fresh. And my order was correct! Please recognize your staffon a great job! I just got back from the vet with my sick husky and this experience just made my day a little better than it hadstarted out. Thank you! Read more

Great service. HORRIBLE FOOD. preparation was garbage. Never the same thing. Cold and dry patties. Tastes old like it had been... sitting. Or hot food with wrong order. Stuff missing.... just bad. Now they have raised the price of their coffee with is hit ormiss at best. WAAAAAY too much flavoring or not enough. Just problems. Good people great attitudes but garbage product. I usedto get coffee EVERY DAY at McDonald's now I spend an extra 3 dollars a day for quality coffee or more consistent flavoring.DISAPPOINTED. Read more

Decided to let multiple cars sit for 15+ mins (when we had gotten there). Took three cars and then decided to tell everyone who... had waited that they?re closed and that they haven?t been 24 hours in ?years? when I as well as multiple people who have livedhere knows it is the only 24 hours and had even gone there past 12 not even a month ago. Talked to a manager and she couldn?tgive me information to contact higher up and told me to ?look online.? Had people inside and eating - but lockeddoors. Wouldn?t really give 1 star, and wouldn?t recommend considering seemingly everyone here wants to sit and smile and laughat the people who had to sit while they were leaving. Put in with BBB. If you can?t do your job, get a new one. Read more

usually my experience here is pretty good and there?s even one lady who i always love to talk to when i come through the window... but today whoever took my order was extremely rude while i was ordering. she was rushing me and acting like i was aninconvenience to her. working in food service myself, i understand customer service can be frustrating but that?s not an excuseto treat customers like that. at least the order was correct, and both the person at the window and the person who brought mycoffee out were polite. I just came through the drive thru and my order was simpler than actually making a cheeseburger. Number 7, two cheeseburgers... plain just cheese. Large coke and chocolate sundae. The only thing they got right was the sundae. Been trying to call for thepast 20 minutes to just get a credit and no one will answer the phone. The service is always slow, waiting for 10-20 minutes inline on top of the employee?s being lack luster at their jobs. They always need your order repeated and hardly acknowledge you.And you have to beg for a receipt, which I didn?t get. I don?t expect much from fast food but for it to be right and fast whichthis place is neither. I?ve been in food for 16 years and the service and quality are non existent. I?ll be calling again in themorning to get my money back. Read more
