My family and I have ordered from here for at least 10 years. Their food is always delicious and it’s nice to see familiar... faces. However, with my working closely to the building I have taken it upon myself to door dash the food to me. A couple daysago a friend/co worker of mine ordered 2 general tso lunches with egg rolls and a drink. Door dash showed up with a tightlyknitted bag (as new china always ties it) so we knew it wasn’t tampered with. We only received 1 drink (correct) 2 egg rolls(correct) and 1 general tso (incorrect, supposed to be 2) door dash was no help due to it not being tampered with. We reachedout to new china with the receipt and asked if we could get the other lunch. The woman gave us grief and nearly refused to do iteven though we provided proof it wasn’t given to us. Finally after my friend persisted that she wanted her food she spent over$20, they gave it to her when she showed up with the receipt and food we received. The woman was rude and cold. This was amistake on their part, not ours so we were highly unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and sadly after over 10 years ofmy loyalty to them I will not be ordering again. Read more

Unfortunately I have been forced to change my rating/review. Very disappointed in my delivery experience when ordering on... UberEats. When I ordered a 2-litre of soda through the app, the restaurant told my UberEats driver that I paid for two 16 ozbottles. When I told the driver to let the restaurant know I was charged for a 2-litre my driver was stellar and told me theyonly have 16 oz bottles. In all the time I have been a regular here I never thought that I would be treated this way, let alonehave the restaurant edit my order without my permission. Unfortunately, I will be eating elsewhere because of this experience.Very disappointed. Read more

Food is always good, hot and ready when you pick it up. The best Asian take-outs and New China around. There General Tso's... Chicken is really good, saucy and flavorful, would recommend this with their egg rolls and crabragoons, yum! Read more
Currently waiting a response from doordash who has forwarded my case to the appropriate team to help. But metal shavings were... found in my food. I got the shrimp with vegetables and it came with white rice. It was the rice that had it in it. Didn’trealize until it stabbed me in the gums. Will not be ordering from here again Read more
