Panera offers good things as a chain, but several employees are lacking common sense , and work ethic. Stood at the counter... several minutes waiting to order ( I was only one at counter) and employees laughed and talked and ignored me, then ordered andemployee argued with me about what I ordered . Asked for toasted bagels and got cold bagels with frozen butter. Employees now adays want $15 to $20 an hour and won?t even smile or do the bare minimum job. A waste. Read more

Service was absolutely horrendous. Food was fine, mostly anyway, but service was just so bad. Panera has always been a place I... thought I could rely on for a good experience, as I have experienced with other locations, but this one just did not do well.Timeliness was fine, we ordered curbside pickup and made sure to leave a tip through the app since we had curbside. Afterwaiting for about 8 minutes a girl came out and couldn't find our car (right in front of the building, only honda accord there, which we included in curbside instructions), but whatever. I walked over and directed her towards our car where she told us thatthey didn't have the muffins we ordered, so she would get something to replace it. Wasn't the kindest, but I was sure she wasjust a little upset since she had to go back in to get something else. She brought out one item that was worth less than theprice of a muffin, and we even ordered two muffins, so we lost about $5 there. No big deal. But what really stuck was this: asshe hands the food to us, she refuses to make eye contact and says "here's your bread or some s***". Leaves without anotherword. The bread inside is as stale and hard as rock, and the baguette that was in a different bag was just thrown in without awrapper or anything. Sandwich still tasted alright, but upset that I lost quite a few dollars and some precious time we could'vespent elsewhere as my friends and I were on a road trip. I still like other locations but this was one of my friend's firstexperience, and he says he will not be going back, even if all of the rest of us are. I will certainly not return to thislocation, very unfortunate that the poor service ruined the whole experience. Read more

This is my 2nd time eating at this location. After an unpleasant first experience, I decided to give it another try. I ordered... online. My food was on time upon arrival. The service was friendly; however, I was very disappointed with my soup. The soupwas supposed to be creamy chicken and rice; however, the soup was not creamy. I was disappointed to find my soup had beenwatered down. Why would a restaurant that specializes in soup, water it down! Read more

Every table was dirty. Trash all over the floor. I spoke to 2 employees and they never even spoke back to me. How rude!? Very... disappointing considering I love Panera. I got the Cesar salad. Little to no dressing on it. Had to go back and ask for more.Broccoli cheddar soup was good. Stale bread baguette. A reasonable person would expect more for the price. $14.00+ for oneperson. It's been awhile since I've eaten at a Panera and it was my wife's first time ever. We had the sesame chicken salad and the... chicken and rice soup. It was delicious! Read more

The food is quite good in quality, albeit a bit pricey. The pick two menu option allows one to try different soups, salads, and... sandwiches without having to go all-in on something new. The staff seems to be younger every time I visit. Without stereotyping, housekeeping seems to be maintained less diligently with each visit as well. I had to add my dirty dishes to a precariouslystacked Jenga pile, and I let two counter staff know the frequently-used garbage bin was full to over-flowing. Try to stay busyplease. Read more

I heard a lady near me talking about how the soup was smaller and so after using my high powered photographic memory I recalled... how they were bigger bowls! To help others with their memory, here is a picture of the new vs the old. As you can see the new ismore of a conical shape where as the old was a deep cylindrical shape. So now, after spending higher prices for smallerportions, I can't go back to any Panera any more. It's just not worth it. Read more
