This is the 2nd time in less than 6 months I have attempted to order pizza for delivery the 1st time I caught their driver on my... ring cam stealing pretty litter. This time I ordered food thinking it would be here within an hour then when I went to check itwas still another 130 minutes before it would arrive. I called and spoke to store manager nicki and she said she is the onlyperson preparing pizza from 11?2 and it is what it is. Wow. So I requested a refund and no you didn?t have to send the pizzaafter our epic conversation. And by the way not one single apology! Still haven?t gotten my refund. Thanks papa johns. Read more
They always give an estimated time of 30 minutes for delivery but consistently take over an hour even during off-peak hours.... Then the food is cold because it has been sitting. Staff always reports they are understaffed and overwhelmed. I get it, butdon?t tell me it?s gonna be 30 minutes if it?s not. I?ve finally learned my lesson. Read more

Cooks make the pizza as soon as you order and then let them sit under the heat lamp for over an hour before your driver ever... delivers your pizza. Per the manager, this has to be done because he can't have them sitting on his screen. Worst location Ihave ever ordered from and corporate needs to fire their management and bring in management that understands customer serviceand food quality. Will never order from this location again unless management is changed. Read more
Pizza here was about what I expected. Decent but not great. I've never had their stuffed crust before but I would say its better... than a normal pie. Crust was slightly too burnt for my taste as well. Read more

We ordered two pizzas. One XL sausage/pepperoni and one medium with tomatoes. As you can see from the pics, the former had WAY... too much sauce. It was requested as well done...not so much. I also had to cut it with knife and fork. The latter of the twopies was not only not cut all the way through but also, look at the different sized slices. What a joke. This place is garbage. They made the pizza wrong and refused to fix it or refund me. They claimed they are the manager so they... make the pizzas how they want. If I want to complain they told me to call corporate because it?s not their problem. I will notbe going here again. Read more
