Horrible! Place was dirty, but yes they were busy. I ordered extra meat and extra cheese onions and mushrooms. Can?t find hardly... any of the onions and mushrooms, but didn?t even feel like it was regular portion of meat and cheese. The sandwiches were anabsolute mess in the wrappers. For the love of God, how hard is it to make a sandwich. We order lunch from this penn station on occasion (a lot less now since... they constantly screw my food up) and my sandwich is wrong every single time. It's not hard to not heat up a BLT, in fact itshould be easier without the extra step. This locations staff is horrible at paying attention to order details. Don't waste yourmoney. Read more

I could give a zero star if possible. They don?t pay attention to order details and makes unnecessary mistakes. You call the... store to complain and they pretend they can?t even hear you. Keep putting different people on the phone to explain the situationand denies their incompetent mistakes. I took the order back for remake. Horrible workers ????????????I added a picture here ,who sees mushrooms in this order, absolutely no mushrooms and the guy(manager) claims he made the order himself and there wasmushrooms.
