I ordered twice from here and we live in the Ross historic district we're good people and great customers. So both times I got... the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the second time I specifically asked for extra sauce and paid for it both times the pizzaswere dry. I called and spoke to the manager a young gentleman he was extremely apologetic and kind offered us 20.00 off our nextmeal. I called today to use my credit he said he didn't have that wrote down in his book and he can't do anything we alwaysorder more than 20.00 but he wanted to argue with me and call me liar so i calmly said you just lost a good customer then hesaid great and hung up on me. This place has gone down hill significantly and are not good to there customers. Both times werebad experiences and this just added to that. Read more
There should b an option for negative stars on this place! I order chicken fingers, curly fries and 3 medium pizza's at 3:38... p.m. it was not delivered for 2 hrs. When I ordered they said it would b 45-50 min. Once pizza finnaly arrived not even hot. Iam less then 5 min from Puzza Chef. There is absolutely no excuse. If the short girl with glasses is working the pizza is good. If the bald guy woth a beard and glasses is its dry. So I really... like this place but sometimes they don't do so good. Order large pep pizza with extra sauce. I left I picture of what I got.They said 55 minutes it was here in less then 15 and the pizza wasn't even hot- all bubbles- and it was dry- the bread wasstale. I'm 2 minutes from the store. They remade it after I called. Another order on 2/14 All I want is extra sauce on thepizza. But no it dry 6/24 garlic cheese bread really ? I order pizza every Tuesday 7/19 All I want is extra sauce on my pizzabut no ots dry. 8/9 order the same thing large pizza extra sauce and it was amazing I ate the whole thing! Here again the girlwith the glasses was working 8/23 pizza was amazing.
