Ordered a pizza for delivery and it was here faster than the estimate and hotter than any delivery pizza I recieved in the past.

I placed an online order for delivery. After an hour and a half, I called to see where the order was because I had received the... text saying it was on its way. Twice I was hung up on. A third time I got through to their call center. The lady verified myname, number and address and repeated my order. She stated my text was correct, my order was out for delivery and I would haveit within 5 minutes. 30 minutes later STILL no food, so I continue calling the store itself. I finally get ahold of the sameperson who had hung up on me prior (same voice, same exact line of answering ?hi, Pizza Hut on main?). She informed me the callcenter was a liar, they had my order ready an hour ago but for carry-out and that this has been a reoccurring issue. I only live3 minutes from the store so I was frustrated because I would?ve went and picked it up way sooner had I known! However, I doublechecked my receipt from online ordering?which showed delivery, an estimated time, and the $5.25 tip I added for the driver. Ialso checked my text that said my order was out for delivery. I showed both to the manager when I went inside to pick it up?sheargued with me that that wasn?t her fault and nothing she could do about it. I asked her to remove the tip and fee, she said shecan?t do anything about it and on her end it showed that I placed a carry out and I left that tip for the workers inside. Iagain state that I myself double checked the delivery, that I called several times and even the lady at the call center verifiedI ordered delivery and confirmed my order and address. She stated they have no way of contacting call center?and that the ladylied to me on the phone. I said, oh, okay, well I was hung up on the two times I got through to the store to verify my order soI had no other option but go through call center. Updated...so today we ordered break sticks...calzone and a cookie..to be delivered it 5.30pm...at 505 I got a text it was one... its way...at 550...it was delivered...it was all cold..bed sticks were heard ..calzone was soggy and greasy...cookie was cold ansolid...very disappointed..2 star cuz of last visit...this one want worth the 26. 00 and change at App...wont orderagain. Burnt pizza. Avoid the thin crust. Pan pizza is all bread. Very little toppings. I get it once a month on average from here .... Sometimes are better than others. Been kinda a let down every time since 2020 shutdowns. Best thing is to check your pizzabefore leaving if carrying out. idk about delivery?. I guess you refuse. We hen doing carry out they are always slammed or lowstaff, which means standing at the register waiting to be acknowledged most of the time. We waited an hour for a charred pizza. When I called, they said they could replace it but I would have to wait another hour, or... receive a credit (valid for only 30 days, not a refund). The girl I spoke to said, "I don't know what you want me to do." I'veworked in the pizza industry and can't fathom the fact that they didn't try to get us a new one ASAP. My family couldn't eveneat what they delivered, and it was a total waste of money. Read more
Pizza Hut has just went downhill in the last ten years. I absolutely loved the crispness of the pan pizza but I started getting... them with raw dough in the pan pizza. Please do something about food quality. I?d nvr this Pizza Hut to absolutely no oneunless things change asap. Read more
