This Popeyes is horrible Idk how they got 3.5 stars. The customer service is horrible when you pull up to order the person... taking the order sounds like she doesn't want to be there. Then they make you wait for 10 minutes to get your food. Now don'tget me wrong I want my food to be fresh but it should not take 10 minutes.. and if it is gone take that long you should make thecustomer aware. I swear it's not hard to communicate and have good customer service skills. Then when I checked on how long itwould take my food the manager had a nasty attitude and all you saw was her neck bobbing like a bobble head.... It's ridiculousand that's what y'all hire as management... Smh. If you ask me everyone needs to be retrained on customer service skills becauseno one in this restaurant has them... This is one of the worst locations I've been to. And that's probably why they can't keepno one and that's a shame. Read more

This was the second time my wife and I ever ate at Popeye's Chicken. By far they got one of the best tasting chicken that I've... tasted and I like KFC. The only downfall was the French fries were not even lukewarm. Ask for other french fries I must have gotthe same out of the old batch because they were barely with lukewarm also. Read more

Horrible management. My honest rating would be 0. Be sure to count all your chicken pieces in the parking lot. They like to... short peoples orders. Then when you call back and let them know you are missing pieces, THEY CALL YOU A LIAR. The manager shouldgo back to kindergarten. How can you manage a business and you don?t know how to count?(that?s who packed my order). I won?tever go back. Customer service is way below average. Read more

The wait wasn't long at all. We had to wait a few minutes on spicy tenders. The worker brought our food out and it was hot and... fresh and even gave a treat for having to wait. No complaints here. Read more

Visit this location often and food is usually good, but they frequently give wrong items at the drive thru or forget parts of... your order. They are also regularly out of side items like Mac and cheese and often require exact change or a card for payment(but you don't find out until after you've waited 15 min to place your order and they tell you with the total. The worst is thatthey are SLOW! They have no sense of urgency and today I waited almost 20 min in the lobby to order when there was one personahead of me. I've experienced this many times and the employees don't seem motivated to fill orders or move customers through.Overall they are generally polite, but they are not happy to see you or cheerful in any way, it has the feeling that you'rebothering them and creating work for them. Owners might take a look at management and why there is what appears to be low moralethat is translating into excessive wait times, inaccurate order fulfillment, lack of supplies and low customer appreciation. Princeton Rd. location was below par today. The workers were uncooperative and their policies were poor. The wait was very long... and speaker system was bad. They wouldn?t honor the tv advertised 5 piece chicken deal and my side of Mac n cheese had about 2tablespoons of food. The container wasn?t even half full. Definite decline in my experience compared to previous visits.Management needs to investigate and come up with customer friendly improvements. I also had to pay for condiment with not even 1complementary sauce with 3 piece chicken meal! Read more

I'm not making a rating based upon my experience with their service and products. I'm going to rate them on their hiring process... instead. I would think twice about working for them. The management for Princeton Hamilton store does not care if a legitimateobligation took priority over coming in on time for an interview. Most people nowadays would just not show up if they decidedthat working for them wasn't for them. You know people can change their minds. Then some of us do call in and talk to themanager. It shows they care enough and find the job worth their time. I didn't think it was unreasonable to ask for the managerto accommodate coming in a hour later. Normally, we have good intentions to follow through. Not only was the manager not willingto accommodate me, he proceeds to tell me that, "we just hired two employees today and we really don't need anymore. Plus comingin later sets a bad impression. " I said oh okay you know life does happen. You can't help it sometimes when something comes upthat's very important." The impression I got felt old fashioned in the sense of superiority, arrogance and a bad attitude. Howthey look at employees sets a very bad vibe on how they value them. Judging by all the reviews for this store I'd say that theway management conducts their business is a reflection of the poor service and why they have to constantly hire new people. I'mso glad that I found out what a waste of time working with this company would turned out to be. Read more
