Went here for what pulled in they were quick to answer and really awesome to get to us quickly we sit there and ate the guy even... come and got the garbage he was such a nice young man he look like he had been worked hard and pouring a sweat but it neverstopped him from being a respectful decent human being it's amazing to see people work so hard and go unappreciate it Iappreciate his kindness and helpfulness I highly recommend going there not only was the food divine the people made it cool anda wonderful place to eat Read more
I have had numerous bad experiences with this particular sonic and kept giving them chances but this is the last straw. Two... Fridays ago my girlfriend and I went there to eat before going to the drive in which is tradition. We went through the drivethru because everytime we park something gets messed up. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and gf ordered a medium chili cheesetots. I used a coupon for a free combo that I received the last visit due to many mistakes. We received the food and it flat outwas not even close to worth it. The chicken was very overcooked and dry and there was almost no mayo on it at all. The chilicheese tots were an absolute disgrace. They had little chili, cheese, or tots and tasted like they had been out half the day. It's been awhile since I have been here. We decided on a whim to go in and grab a milkshake and some Tater tots. Horrible... service. Some very young African American man who looked no older than about 14 years old greeted us where we were parked. Don'tunderstand why they couldn't take our order on the speaker. My friend and I had a small order and the young man was rude,mumbled and even looked away while my friend placed the order. Just awful. He brought it out with the same attitude he greetedus with. My friend who has gone there more said "this place has really gone downhill". The shakes (I had the cheesecake shake)was all whip cream and barely any shake and we had to take the top of the cup off just to eat it as there was so much whip creamand it was too difficult to drink it from the straw. I doubt I will be back to this location. Note to "owner". No..I will notbe calling some number to your "corporate office" as seen by your generic scripted responses to other unhappy people on here.YOU take care of the problem..call your silly 1-800 number and take care of this problem!! Every time I go to sonic, I get ocean water, it always has come out the same, just like a normal soda with ice. This time... without me asking or them asking, my ocean water came out as a frozen slushy. 100% not what I ordered, didn't even taste likeocean water either. I tried the pickle fries, they were decent except they forgot to give me the dipping sauce and there wereonly 5 pickle fries in the bag. Was told they were not taking orders at the individual ordering stations that i had to go to the drive through. But there was... definitely people placing orders there when i pulled in and after i went to the drive through. My order was messed up gave mesomeone else's food. Took it back and still got a messed up order. This was the worst Sonic I had ever been to. Read more
So it was a terrible experience here. I then I waited 10 minutes after that to place mine. And then I waited 10 to 12 minutes at... the window after I paid my money to get my food. I left without my food. I waved to them in the window because I was leaving.I'll never be back here. This place is pathetic. The person turkey taking the orders was making the food. He was packing bagsand bags of sandwiches when I had chicken and fries. That's all I had. They need to close here. If they can't do deliver theyneed to close waited 7 minutes after her for her to place her order I haven't been there in about 2 years just because I'm notreally a Sonic fan. Just went through the drive-through seconds ago. I ordered two burger patties with no bun and plain with ONLY Lettuce and... pickle. I have a gluten and a dairy allergy. I pay for my food at the drive-through window and I am asked last minute if I wantcheese on my burgers which I say no very firmly because I had obviously ordered them without cheese. I get my burgers back tosee that they had scraped off cheese. This is not a huge issue Ordinarily, but with someone having a Dairy allergy and beingallergic to milk it could put them in the hospital.
