I goto this Starbucks multiple times a week and I get the same 2 coffees everytime... 3 out of 5 times my coffee is... right/perfect... Had to complain yesterday because just by the looks of my coffee I knew they were made incorrect... I told theemployee that made it that it was incorrect.. He told me it was fine that she just made it even though it I knew it was wrong..So she offered to remake it and the second one he made tasted so horrible I ended up pouring a 6 dollar coffee down the drain ittasted like burnt re used coffee grounds.. Starbucks lower your prices if you can't pay employees enough to care about thecustomer that comes there 5 times a week keeping your buisness going... Read more
I?ve been to this Starbucks dozens of times. But I will no longer be going back. I ordered my usual cold brew but they were out... of cold brew which is understandable during times like this. So I ordered an iced coffee with Almondmilk. My guest with me got afrappe with Almondmilk. The two girls working skipped over my order multiple times so we had to wait and people behind us gotour drinks way before we did. Then we both got our drinks after waiting for longer than expected and they were both made withwhole milk. Which I cannot drink. They legit have a sign up in front of the store saying ?try our non dairy options? but theyapparently cannot listen to customers when they order a drink with non dairy. Read more
This place is pretty fast and the baristas are always nice. They even have a cute little tip jar where you could vote and put... your tip in either side which is adorable. Read more
Loved my visit. The girls that were working was amazing. I had a hot white chocolate mocha, pumpkin bread, red velvet bread,... while I shopped, then I had two chocolate chip Frappuccinos for the family that was a most have for the ride home, they lovedthem. the baristas here are very friendly, always smiling and asking me about my week! I feel welcomed at this starbucks. the service... is also very fast and i usually never wait longer than a couple minutes for my drinks! Read more
I always feel like an inconvenience coming here because their conversation is obviously more important.
