I had not been to Taco Bell, anywhere since they got rid of the pizza. Returned again since the pizza has returned. But I won't... be back to this location. Everytime I order through the drive thru, dining room remains closed, we get to window, pay andimmediately asked to pull around back. Now there is very little room back there so when 4 cars are asked to pull back there, itbecomes very confusing and congested. It's a game to see if they give you the right food or if they gave you everything. You canbet something in the order is wrong, missing or disgusting. Read more
This location needs major leadership! They stack cars around the back to wait on food all the time. If you place a mobile order... they give it to you then you can't get out of the line because the cars still waiting on park in a spot. Asked the cashier howam I supposed to leave she shrugs, says I don't know and shuts the window. And dont order a Mexican pizza, they always place iton the bottom then its crushed. Literally the worst experience I have ever had. I was pulled up while numerous cars got their food. I sat there for 45 minutes... waiting on my food. No one checked on me, no one even apologized. What an absolute joke. I tried to call and no answer, also thedoors were locked so no one could go in to see why it is taking so long. Needless to say, save yourself some time and don't goto this location if you don't want to wait longer than if you went to an actual restaurant for your FAST food. Despicable. Read more
This location needs shut down. Moldy food BEWARE! The past 6 times I've been there the order has been wrong. Today specifically... though, the line was forever because they got every order in front of me wrong. The had me pull away from the window to get myfood, lady walked out and handed the person behind me's order and after I touched it to check it, she handed him it after Itouched it, not bothering to make new food. Finally got mine home, the nacho bell grande has nothing but old meat that was grayon it. The hard taco had a MOLDY shell, I bit it before I knew and it tasted horrible and I saw mold on it. All the meat tastedoff. And to top it off they didn't even give a cheese cup for my nacho and cheese chips. I couldn't eat any of my overly pricedfood. So I... went back and dining room was closed so I had to go back through drive thru and waited about another 20 minutes in front of thebuilding.
