When this location first opened it was great you could tell corporate had a eye on things. Now the food looks rushed and thrown... together or you're completely Ignored and unable to order in the drive threw. I don't know if this is a staffing issue or whatbut I think im going to take a break from this location for a while. Read more

Customer service is very unprofessional. The female who worked in the drive thru apparently never worked it before because I... had no idea what she saying. She was very rude as well. The employees at this establishment need to retrained or find new ones.For what they charge for price of the food, it definitely needs to better as well. Read more

When this store first opened they were amazing as most restaurants are but now it's ran by a bunch of ignorant employees who... don't care about their job or the customers. My husband went to get dinner tonight (9/13/22) (10:00 pm) and they done nothingbut ruin the entire order and was very disrespectful toward him. Argued with him about something that they clearly sell triedtelling him they don't see chipotle ranch loaded grillers and haven't for 2 years put tomatoes on all the food and they didn'thave cheese?! How do you not have cheese? Literally need to reconsider the type of people you employee for your business causethey honestly suck! Read more

Out of the last 5 or so times we have been there, our orders have been completely wrong 3 times and our drinks were wrong once.... They are ALWAYS out of something. Always. Then we were told we would have to wait for ground beef so we intentionally orderedwithout. The guy in front of us had ordered beef. So we got stuck behind waiting for him because they didn?t have him pullaround. We could have just ordered what we wanted in the first place. It wasn?t busy though so I?m not sure why a Taco Belldidn?t have ground beef prepared. Read more

It was terrible every time I have been. Will not be going back. Drive thru always takes forever and never get ur order right.... Has poor management and not to mention they are never open as late as they say. An to top it off they are very rude and the timeI did go in to order they didn't even acknowledge me standing at the counter in there face for at least 10-15 min. Only to tellme they were out of 2 of the 4 things I wanted and get home and it was so cold that I just threw it in the trash. Read more

This Taco Bell was not prepared for a "lunch rush". The drive-thru line was not moving so we opted to walk inside. Upon... entering, an employee was speaking to a manager and the employee was cursing about quitting. Cursing right in front of customers(including our children) who were entering the establishment. We ordered our food to go, which took 30 minutes. (Anothercustomer asked for a refund after waiting for 40 minutes). Nothing fast about this fast food establishment. The cursing employeehad come back in and we watched him do NOTHING for those 30 minutes we were waiting, he watched his co-workers work. Badmanagement to say the least. And when we got home to eat we found one of our tacos didn't even have meat on it. Read more
