This was our first time visiting this location, honest to god it was probably my best Texas roadhouse experience to date.... Everything about the trip was great. Steaks were cooked great and to our liking, the ribs we received were the best I've hadfrom any roadhouse. Redoing this review, cuz I've been back after COVID many times since and the bad experience I had a year and a half ago I can't... even remember,.. went yesterday,.. waitress was nice and friendly. There was a bit of a wait that's always hostess was nice andfriendly. Food was great. Manager checked our table once. Full disclosure, this was my first bad experience with Texas Roadhouse. We had a party of 12. They were able to accommodate us... without issue. Unfortunately though the service was lacking. We had 2 servers and they most definitely did not communicate ATALL. First our drinks came out completely wrong. It took forever to even order our food and then that came out completely wrongas well. I had ordered extra dressing for my salad and I didn't get it. I then asked for extra dressing and that too never came.When our entrées finally came half of them were wrong. I didn't get the mushrooms that I ordered but instead got veggies.Someone else ordered a loaded baked potato and got a dry one. They completely forgot about the burger that someone ordered. Easyfix, but very unorganized and a bit aggravating. When I bit into my steak the temperature was wrong and it was the tougheststeak I have ever eaten. I sent it back and they took it off of my bill. Again easy fix, but very annoying. Then it was time forthe checks. We had already told the first server how to split them. The second server came back and asked us again how to splitthem. The checks came and were all completely wrong. I work in the service industry and completely understand how you can getoverwhelmed sometimes but this visit was just a complete train wreck. I love Texas Roadhouse but I will most likely not be backto this location. I will definitely stick to the location in West Chester where I get Excellent service and excellent food. Read more
Great food and good services but the restaurant has an odor to it that tells me it needs a really deep cleaning. Steak was... probably one of the better steaks I've had from a restaurant in some time. Read more
The experience was amazing!! My waiter Emma was perfect!! Our food was brought out in a good amount of time and everything was... fresh and hot. Not only was Emma amazing all of the waiters were very friendly and welcoming. Me and my family will definitelybe back! Read more
Date nights are our favorite here! Filet medallions were perfect but all the steaks come out just as you ask. Service was great... and fast, especially with how busy they were. If you’re looking for a good steak but not too overpriced, pick here! Read more
This place isn't cheap but I'm weird and get my steak well done lol. Not sure if that's why when I get the steak and chicken... combo the chicken usually isn't that hot but I went there a few nights ago and everything was better than I can ever remember itbeing. The salad was actually full, the food was hot and prepared right the 1st time and it was amazing. I'm in the foodindustry so I know not enough complement when things are good but love to when the slightest thing is off so I just wanted tosay it was the best visit I've probably ever had at this location.
