As a truck driver, the food choices on the road are not ideal, but if I find myself back in this area anytime I will make sure... to stop at this particular Wendy?s. The employee that helped me was more than willing to go the extra mile. I don?t think shewill realize how much her kindness and willingness to help made a difference for me on a rough night. Food was good. Ordered chili and the container was not full. Paid for onions and cheese and was only given a pinch of cheese and... whole-round onion slices. They used to dice them in the past. Did this change? Food was made correctly, additions need someattention. Read more

Went through and ordered, paid (didnt give us a receipt) , then was pulled forward. Came out 10 minutes later with the wrong... order. Went back around, waited 10 more minutes for them to still get the order wrong. Then when we told them it was wrong, themanager had a bad attitude and argued what we ordered. Even though they had to ask US what the order was.. left with no strawsand a horrible morning.. Read more

Told us we got a number 8 when she clearly said a 10 pc nugget!not only that is that they are very rude refused to... give us name, number and management.Told us to look it up in a rude voice over all they gave us a burger didn?t tell us how muchthey charged us! If I could give no stars I would. We waited 20 mins in the drive through for our food and got it ICE cold and not even what we... ordered we tried to go in and replace our food that we spent A BUNCH of money on, but the lobby was closed for some reason andthere was so many cars going back to the drive thru because they messed up their orders too. This is absolutely ridiculous, youneed to get better workers the lady that waited on us was rude and didn't care. Read more

I was at the drive thru at this location at 5:42 p.m today 7/25 My total was $6.97 and I gave the employee $20. I received... $8.03 in change. He so graciously helped himself to $5 of my change. I ordered food late night at 10:15 pm. I drove five minutes to my home just to turn on the oven to reheat the food. It was not... fresh, so I turned the oven off and discarded it. I drove back to the Wendy's but they were closed. I called up there and spoketo someone about my order, but I couldn't find the receipt to show proof of purchase????. Someone helped by crediting my orderto me and preparing what I ordered two days prior.... I should've just left it alone ????. This food was about the same, theonly difference was my fries were hot, nuggets were not. I usually don't eat Wendy's and I can't say that'll I'll return.
