Very fast and friendly service. Dined inside and it was very well maintained and clean. I always love everything I get. I got... the Single with cheese, Frosty and French Fries. The French fries were a bit cold and the burger looked hastily made. My onlycomplaint (because I paid) was my friends $5.00 large meal. He was supposed to get a double cheeseburger and nuggets and itlooked like a kids meal. Very disappointed. There was barely anything on his burger and it was extremely skimpy and somethingthey would serve to a kid. Definitely not to where they advertised about on the "big menu". He was not happy about it but ate itanyway. He got the chicken nuggets that came with it and again very skimpy. He only got four cold chicken nuggets and the friesagain looked like a kids meal. The only thing he liked was his frosty. What was even more perplexing was they had no salt! Whatkind of burger place has no salt. There was no salt (just pepper) packets where the condiments were. When he asked theassociate/cashier for some salt she said they were completely out. Seriously??? Very disappointed and will not be coming back tothis location on High Street. Read more
My first attempt going here and although all the lights were on inside and out there was nobody taking orders. If you are having... employee problems that is fine; just turn the exterior lights off so I don't waste my time sitting there waiting for nothing. Read more
Horrible unprofessional and rude. I have always ordered a biggie bag or 4 for 4 and substitute the fries for either a chili or... Cesar salad and today they say they don't offer it really. When I just went there days go and got it. Then when I called themanager answer and proceeded to talk over me and then hung up on me and when I called back a guy answered and said I dropped thecall and he was the one I was talking to like really. In case this location's inability to successfully fulfill an order without error wasn't enough to deter you. When they don't... have the initiative to put forth effort to also complete their overdue DoorDash orders, the employees will threaten to call thepolice on Dashers, requesting they actually do their jobs or atleast give an answer as to if it was received or canceled. Thenthey're too cowardly to answer the phones to speak directly to the customer. Read more
