Bought so many after not having them for a couple of years and there still how I remember them so delicious. If you like small... hamburgers you would enjoy white castle burgers and all the options of food choices they offer. Read more
Dined in today for lunch. They were busy at the drive thru but we still received our order quickly. We appreciate the customer... service. The restaurant was clean inside and out. When ordering the cashier was patient and kind and did not rush us through ourorder. After we were finished ordering she repeated our order back to us and everything was correct. Willie is the star a this place ???? customer service was really good loved him when I took my order he did awesome with the... suggestive selling! I ordered my meal for my co worker wrong and with out any arguments they allowed me to exchange it for thecorrect combo she wanted! Never really had a issue with the service yes it is slow times but the line is usual quite long! Bepatient and understanding people! And also they can't control the neighborhood take that up with Hamilton Police department! Read more
I really hate the fact that this is the only place open after 2am, besides waffle house and I work there. I used to work at this... location and I quit due to the toxicity of the work environment. The manager would literally scream and curse at employees, talkdown to them and had no respect for the hard work they do. They aren't even nice and respectful towards customers either. AndSometimes they aren't even open at all over night. Read more
When u forget half the oder and the fries r cold and the little burgers as well. Lucky I'm even giving a 2 star.
