They deleted my last review!!! This place is nasty and unsanitary. The building is sticky and gross. The men's restroom per my... boyfriend's experience, has a crack that has water flossing into it. It smells very bad. My boyfriend's chicken had FEATHERS onit. And soon after eating he has food poisoning!!!!!! I called about it and they told me I was out of luck. The building isabsolutely understaffed and I feel bad for everyone but the manager Curtis, who I spoke to. They have workers not wearinggloves. They have WORKERS WITH FAKE NAILS working the fryer and I witnessed her picking one off the side of the fryeritself. I'm calling the health department as soon as I can!!!! This is the worse wing stop I ever been to and I been all over the country. One time I showed up to do a door dash order and the... electric was out. Fine,It was raining that day. 2nd time I come here and the drink machine was down. Third time I tried to comehere and there?s no walk in or call in orders. ???? Last time coming here. I usually have a good experience here. But I recommend them to a friend. They got home and after eating their wings they... realized the garlic parm. Wings were plain they called and were told to bring them back for exchange. When they returned theywere told since they had eaten some of them they couldn't do anything. My friend told them they would lose a first timecustomer. They replied they had enough customers already. I feel bad for recommending them. Read more
I will never go to this location again. I ordered the hot honey rub wings, but when I got home the wings looked and tasted like... plain wings. This was my second time ordering this type of wing and they looked and tasted nothing like the ones that I orderedthe first time. I took the wings back to the store and I was told that they looked like they were supposed to and that differentcooks cook the wings differently. Then, I was given what I was told was the sauce for the hot honey rub, but it tasted likewatered down barbecue sauce with sugar. Also, my corn was extremely soggy. This location has definitely went down as far asquality. I would give this location negative stars if I could. I understand being understaffed, but that doesn?t mean goodquality should be sacrificed. I ordered the meal for two so we got half mild and half parmesan garlic. The bbq was good. The garlic parm was very bland and... didn't have any flavor at all. The vudu fries were seasoned with cheese sauce and ranch on top. They were a bit spicy. Thequality of the wings were good. So if I return I think if I try a different sauce they will be better. Overall, they were muchbetter than Roosters but not as good as BWW. Read more
My company had a big lunch order, so I called the store and the girl took my order. I asked her if she could label each order... with their name. She said they don't do that AFTER she took my entire order. Then said the order wouldn't be ready until 2:00 pmwhich is totally unacceptable. I can't believe they would turn down this much business.
