I ordered a bacon egger assuming on English muffin and coffee. It took 10 minutes to make...no one else ordering. It came on a... hamburger bun no bacon. I took it back and started to tell the cashier my order was wrong. Immediately she said You arewrong I know you ordered egg and cheese on a bun. Refused to listen very rude. I wont eat there again. Horrible service. Staff does not wash hands between touching register and food unless you ask. Will not take your order until... previous customer has their food. Many times I have walked away without ordering because it takes too long for someone on theback to notice I am there. I have seen several customers walk away after waiting too long to order. Your staff needs to beretrained on customer service and speed. If they want to hang out back between customers maybe a bell to 'ring for service'would help. I love A&W and will continue to eat there, just not at your the Eastgate location. Read more
Today I went an ordered a uncle burger there was a Indian lady at the front cashing I am not sure if she?s the manager or just... the team member but her attitude was very nasty! Also she told me I would have to come back for my food in 10-15 mins I saidfine? started eating my burger and the whole entire meat is raw so pink inside like they didn?t cook it long enough I?m sick tomy stomach and throwing up! I wish I could give them negative stars. Is it possible? They are terrible! Don't go there, unless you wanna to have... standardized combos done differently. I bought two mozzarella combos, with no changes. Simple ones, just like the menu showsthem. All of them came with different fillings! NO CATCHUP! None inside the sandwiches, neither in blisters. Terrible place I'vechosen today to be with my family! Definitely I do NOT recommend to anyone. DON'T GO THERE!!! Read more
If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered 2 burgers exactly the same and they screwed both of them up. I wanted no... mayo, extra pickles and onions? I got ketchup and mustard.. like are you guys serious? I didn?t even say the words ketchup ormustard? If I wanted a McDonald?s level burger I would?ve gone there. It was the most simple order. I would have given 6 stars but that is not possible! Amazing staff and amazing service. The food was hot and was made very fast.... I was really surprised. Right when i finished paying and the cashier handed me my receipt, my name was called! It was reallyreally fast. Sometimes the service can be slow but that is what you expect with a premium fast food franchise. They do informyou that certain items are gonna take some time to cook because they cook all of there chicken FRESH! The new beyond burgertakes 12 minutes to cook but only 5 minutes to eat. It is that GOOD! I strongly recommend this location. Me and my family cometo this location regularly and also order it from Skip The Dishes. Just amazing! Read more
Sunday afternoon approximately 4:40 I approached the counter to order dinner for my children. When I opened my mouth to place... and order the clerk that had been standing idle with her associate interrupted me to tell me "we only have chicken available,nothing else". During a dinner rush 20 minutes before the mall closed you would assume an established franchise would be able toserve customers.
