Okay I'm going to give this particular location 4 out of five stars because they were absolutely jammed with a lineup almost out... the door for all the people prior to the Pearl Jam concert but they hammered it out and delivered all the food right on target.A&W is always a solid thumbs up Read more
I was there last night around 7. Even though the place was empty I was told my order of an Uncle burger and onion rings would... take 11 minutes. The floor was filthy and the manager was sitting at a table with her hands hiding her face. There was also aguy drinking a beer at the table in front of her. He was also dumping packets of sugar and coffee whitener. Read more
Our third time our burgers were under cooked and the female cashier accused us of lying for a refund. Disgusting!
Dining room was so dirty, I wish I had noticed prior to placing our order. I couldn't get out of here fast enough. We... witnessed an employee compact the garbage with a FOOD TRAY! Will never return. It is kind of a cool burger place - service was bad but the burgers were good. I love the building design and their approach to... no gma food so this is probably as healthy as fast food gets.
