Went through drive and placed order. Order was repeated to me . When I got to the window to pay for my order, the young girl... asked me about condiments. I asked for horsey sauce. She closed the window came back about 3 seconds later and asked me the samequestion. When I got home did not receive the crinkle cut fries but was on my receipt. Had to drive back to the location to getthe rest of my order and was given a turnover for the mistake. When I got home , needless to say my order was stone cold. We allknow you cant microwave curly fries and the bun to my sandwich was hard. Oh and the horsey sauce I asked for , didn?t even get.So very disappointed with this visit and may not return to this location again. Read more
I've been here several times now and found staff to be kind and courteous and the food quality has actually been really good as... far as Arby's go. Very nice and new location too. Read more
The meat was dryer than British humor, but the fries were great. Just check your order before you drive off.
Just went to his New Arby?s on Rymal and it was fantastic. I signed up to receive email news and promotions and got a coupon for... a free gyro when purchasing a fountain drink. (What a deal) my husband got the double smoked meat sandwich and highly recommendsit. My gyro was delicious. Definitely recommend everyone to try this Arby?s. Very clean, friendly staff. Probably new staff but no straws in bag for drinks or ask if we wanted any sauces. Used to the Stoney Creek location which seem... more on the ball. Poutine curds did not melt therefore eating fries w/gravy and sprinkled with cheese curds. Gravy must nothave been hot enough. Won't order that again. Main dishes were fine. Read more
