Awesome scenery and vibe, great view to the lake and Toronto skyline. The management is great! The waitress was awesome,... listens and accommodates to your needs, they are not like other places where they check on you every 15 minutes, I find thatannoying. They came to me exactly when I needed them intuitively. This place usually gets busy and it has 90 minute limit pertable. I did come here solely for the vibe/view and to stay for about 3-4 hours, I did let them know if it was possible and theywere reasonable with the solution they gave me, they said that they may relocate me if someone wants patio sitting, but theywill not kick me out. The best way to do business is always to listen to the customer and understand their needs and give themtheir needs if the business can, and they did exactly that even when it was off their standard limit and policy for 90 minutelimit. Thank you Barangas, for taking care of my day and give me comfort in the restaurant, I will definitely come back everytime I?m in the area. Celebrated an 80th birthday at this longtime Hamilton staple of a restaurant. What is better than being on the beach in the... summer?! The restaurant is beautiful. No reservations but due to the amount of tables they have, the wait was very short. For atable of 7, on a holiday Monday, we waited approximately 30 min. While we waited, we had drinks at the outside bar which isstacked with pub height tables, club lounge seating and umbrella tables. I thought the drinks were very pricey for such a smallglass (Under 10 would be more reasonable for the size). The peach sangria and margarita was good I have to say but still $14each. I guess it?s the price you pay to be at the beach? Lunch was okay, lovely displays of food, other guests had mixed reviewsfrom really enjoyed to needing more spices on the food. I had the lamb burger and Greek salad which was more meat and lacked intopping (i was a bit disappointed). Expensive. Service was very well done, our server was lovely and was attentive. Apparently we got lucky today as we didn?t have to wait! Got a nice table on the patio! Didn?t even have to ask for the best... table available, the hostess managed to go through a few before she said ?I believe this one is the best at the moment, close tothe live band too?! Out water was very pleasant, Darren was his name. The view and the food: Excellent! The only thing that Iwill recommend to the management is to keep a close eye on the bathrooms (no soap and no paper towels????) I?m still giving youa 5 stars review because your place is a gem! Been here several times. Went again last night after a few years. It?s a beautiful location with a great summer vibe. The patio... is a great spot to sit. It?s a very busy place, we went early so we didn?t have to wait. Our waiter was very nice and attentive.Our food was excellent. It all came out in good time and was hot, fresh and plentiful. We had the calamari which was some of thebest we?ve had. Their tzatziki is very very good. We also had chicken souvlaki and the gyros. Everything was flavorful anddelicious. Would highly recommend. Ambience & Location, this place has it all! The location alone gets 5 stars!! What a delight to sit out on the patio and stare... at the water. Friendly experience from start to finish! And pretty tasty food as well! Do yourself a favour and get the Beetsalad! It is delicious! Read more
The magnificent location and our friendly server made up for a few small annoyances. The food was pretty good. The lamb burger... particularly. The view right on the shore of Lake Ontario is fantastic. There is a 90 minute seat time limit as they are busy.They don't seem to take reservations but because of the limit your chances of getting in are good. If you sit on the patio forsunset it will be beautiful, but also there are mosquitoes. Read more
Amazing & beautiful views, truly unique place on the beach , it took an hour drive from downtown Toronto. The food was so... delicious we ordered crispy fish and chips ???????????? . The staff all amazing service. I strongly recommend this restaurant .My experience it?s like I traveled to Greek . Loved every minute. Definitely coming again. Read more
Truly amazing food combine with an amazing view and you get an experience that is memorable. We started off with the med dip... platter. My personal favourite dip out of the three was the kopanisti because of the feta cheese. All three dips were great. Thelamb chops were good, just wish for more of a char on the crust. The lamb burger was tasty and had a bit of a sweetness to it.Definitely recommend the lamb burger as a must there. Read more
