Decent place to try. I am regular customer of this place since last 3 years. I used to swap cheese for Guac from longtime and... suddenly this place stops doing that. Ordered a bowl from the centre mall food court and was unpleasantly surprised when I cut my gums on a broken chicken bone. Even... though I have a significant gash in my mouth, I consider myself lucky given the damage it could have reaked on my digestivetract if i had swallowed it. This used to be my go-to place but after tonight, I won't go back. I ordered three california bowls, and the bowl container has... changed to a smaller portion for the same price. The customer service is appalling. I had to repeat myself 5 times each time Isaid anything and I had to speak so loudly, I bet everyone in the food pavillion could hear me. I paid $46.70 for small bowlsthat are now in containers that get soggy at the bottom and for the steak bowl to have BONES IN IT. The two stars are strictlybecause the fries and the ancho chipotle sauce hasn't changed. Read more
The male working at this location makes a skimpy meal. He puts barely anything in the burrito/bowl, and toppings are minimal.... The females here load everything, at least triple what he does. Two bowls made by the guy weigh less than one bowl made by thegirls. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
