I entered this store world-weary and soul-crushed after 12 straight hours of dealing with nonsense with the knowledge I had four... more hours to go. I was greeted by friendly faces and a spotless store. I ordered the Mango Hurricane which was whipped upquickly and was the perfect consistency. Unwelcome atmosphere and rude employees. Asked them to make a simple smoothie early in the morning with no line and I could see... them doing anything else but making my drink when I was In a rush. Normally I am not particular about how long it takes to getserved because I understand working a minimum wage job can be tasking. However, this is no excuse to ?put off? what a customerhas paid you to do. Service should be quick regardless of time of day. Read more

You?d think booster juice is booster juice but this is definitely the worst one I?ve ever been to. I have been quite a few... times and it?s never been a good experience. Firstly, usually the smoothies are just bad and closer to juice than smoothie.Secondly, check the other 1 star reviews because they are correct about the service at this location. Every employee I haveencountered has seemed annoyed that you are there and do not even respond to anything you say. It?s pretty uncomfortable everytime and they make it seem like you?re inconveniencing them just by coming in. They definitely need customer service training ornew staff. Read more

Never coming here again. Smoothie that I got was not fully blended and impossible to drink with a straw. Person who took my... order was incredibly rude. Just shouted from the back and I had to wait for her to show up. When she came and took my order sherolled her eyes and treated me as if I incompetent. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Don't normally like to writereviews. But this place is just terrible. You'd think they'd treat customers better especially since we're paying a premium. Read more

I placed an order for delivery through the booster juice app, the doordash driver decided he didn't want to make the delivery so... he cancelled my order. I called booster juice immediately and all they could suggest was that I place the order again.Absolutely not. I called doordash and they were helpful in trying to resolve the issue they even credited the merchant boosterjuice right away and told me I would get a call from booster juice within 48 hrs. I have tried to call this location for 2 daysnow and they do not pick up nor do they have voice-mail set up. Poor service. No eye contact when greeting or speaking to customers from manager or staff. They look like they don't even want... to be there. One staff member out of 4 visits was pleasant. Will find another booster juice to go to. Read more

when you first walk in, the store appears very clean. but i was overcome with a strong weed smell. not a big deal, it could have... been anyone. i was approached by a middle aged woman with no mask on who didn't look happy to see me and rolled her eyes at meas i placed my order. i suspect the weed smell was coming from her. she made my smoothie and the rest of my experience was finebut my smoothie wasn't fully blended and it was only half full when i opened it. i have had other friends who love the gymnearby complain about similar issues. hopefully said employee can stop smoking pot at work and make better smoothies! I?ve been disappointed with this location twice. First time, I ordered a seasonal smoothie and it was completely runny - I had... to take it home and blend in some more frozen fruit to make it thicker. Second time, I ordered an açai bowl (my first timeordering this, but I thought it sounded good). The employees had no idea how to make it, didn?t have all the ingredients, andgave me this bowl of brown sludge (pictured). If they had just let me know that they weren?t familiar with the recipe, I wouldhave ordered something else. From now on, I?ll save my money and just make smoothies at home. Read more
