A buddy suggested trying Boston pizza as he had good experiences earlier a few times he was in. I believe his opinion on it... changed after a bad service provided by the servers and the manager. The owner came out and seemed like a nice and hospitabledude but it seems his demeanor wasn't shared among his employees. Wrong order of food being sent, unfinished food taken awaywithout being asked and being TOLD to move out of tables since it was an UFC event which was $10 for viewing but wasn't evenaware in our end since we were already seated in and not given a heads up. And to put a cherry on top the owner promised tocompensate and the server had as I said not all up there with the program. Won't be back there for sure. Hope other Bostonpizzas ???? ???? be nicer ! Went with friends for dinner and drinks yesterday…..this place has an amazing vibe to sit and enjoy with friends. The staff... was very friendly and the service was quick too. The quality of food and drinks was top notch. We ordered Mediterranean pizzaand a few cocktails. The staff made sure to ask us whether we were satisfied with our food. Had a great night with friends. Definitely Nobody does pizza better than Boston pizza. Hands down to their hospitality, the... place is awesome. A definite must visit . Love the decor, place has a awesome vibe. Manager came check on us, I so loved howthe staff wore a everlasting .???? We group of friends came in and dine in. It was quite busy. We ordered some pizzas and drink. It was a quick service in timely... mannered. The manager came to check on us if we were doing okay. That goes long way when manager comes and asks how are wedoing. Best hangout spot for us McMaster students and we are able to pay from our Mac card. And also can’t wait for Karaokenights. Read more
The absolute worst dine-in experience I have ever encountered. Basic necessities such as water, utensils, plates when appetizers... came out were all neglected. Service was INCREDIBLY poor. Also if you are vegetarian or have any dietary restrictions forreligious or health reasons they will NOT be respected here. They truly do not care and are so terribly slow.
