Ordered a burrito bowl off of UberEats- arrived with no rice. Is that not one of the main components of a burrito? It?s just a... salad without it. Called the store and requested that they made me a new one, properly. My order number was provided. I drovedown to the store myself to get it and the manager took the old burrito bowl, threw a couple scoops of rice on it and handed itback to me. Offered me a drink ?on us?- no thanks I?m good. Not sure what has happened recently, but portions have been getting skinnier and skinnier to the point that the item you order... is not even close to what you get. With Mucho Burrito literally across the street, it makes me question why I should even bothergoing here anymore. Just look at this quesadilla with the receipt next to it showing the requested ingredients. How can you beokay selling food like this? Embarrassing. Read more
This place used to be reeeally good. Nowadays the food is not as good, pretty bland and plain. Barburrito is definitely better.... Overall not bad but a little disappointing. Portion sizes are generous though Read more
Same thing as others are complaining about. There's a certain taste to the beef burrito now. Also very greasy. They used to be... the best in the city. I'd have to say they're probably the worst now. It's not cheap either. I couldn't eat mine and I wasstarving. What a shame. I'll never go back. Read more
I honestly LOVE burrito boyz. It?s my absolute favourite spot for Mexican food, so I was very excited to find out there was one... down the street from me. The excitement didn?t last when they put absolutely no sauce on mine or my fiancés burrito. Theirburrito sauce is the best so this was really unfortunate. Because there was no sauce, the burrito was super bland. I will saythe staff were very friendly, but likely will not return to this location. Read more
Amazing Mexican fast-food! Burrito Boyz > All other Mexican fast food chains like BarBurrito, Bandido and others. They have a... simple to choose menu (standard size) and great value-for-money portions. We had a quesadilla and a naked burrito bowl and leftfull and happy. They had one high chair for our baby as well! Washrooms were usable and overall the staff was courteous andtrying to do their best given the busy weekend it was with lots of walk-ins and delivery orders. Read more
Bought some soft tacos for dining in. Those were ice cold and cheese didn?t melt either. They never saw any heat I guess. While... eating, tacos would break from the middle and split into two parts (probably not fresh). And I did notice the portion was small.I ordered bean tacos and tacos had 5 black beans each.
