I want to report a bug found in our food today. We ordered takeout at Cheungs. A full family meal ($90) and 10 minutes into the... meal a bug (see pics) was found on one of my family?s plate. It ruined our entire meal! Please beware and check carefully if youorder food from here. When I called and spoke to the Owner, he offered a $20 credit. Disgusting!! ???? The shrimp batter was soggy and shrimp was tough to chew. The shrimp chow mein smelled off and had a film on everything. Meat on... spare ribs was too hard to chew. I called to complain and was told there?s nothing wrong with our food and to go ahead and voicemy complaints on the internet. Don?t waste your money on buying food from here. Read more
I?ve never eaten food this nasty, don?t waste your money here. Their ?lo mein? has absolutely no flavour and is the equivalent... to bland sticky pasta noodles with jello like chicken. The beef w/ pepper steak was way too tough. The only thing semi decentthat we were able to eat was the sesame chicken which unfortunately gave us instant stomach cramps. We called back and offeredto bring the food back as we took 1 bite and couldn?t stomach anymore and all they wanted to do was argue that that is what weordered, yeah we ordered an enjoyable meal not airplane food. Myself along with my family and friends have been ordering from Chungs for years. The food is always fresh and delicious, ... perfect for feeding a large crowd and often requested for celebrations and holidays. They are a family run business and theowners are very polite and friendly. Read more

This was the 1st time we ordered from this restaurant the rice and the noodles were burnt the beef and broccoli was so soggy and... flavorless and the house chow main had no flavor. I asked the lady if we could return it cause we were unable to eat it and shesaid absolutely. She did not give us a credit it was the worst Chinese food ever. Absolutely THE best place for Chinese food. Food is always hot and fresh and delicious! Thr prices are great = more bang for... your buck! Lots of selection and the place is so clean when you walk in. I highly recommend ordering here and give it a try! Read more
Very good Chinese food. They make the best egg rolls! Chicken balls, chow mein and chicken wings were all solid. Lots of food... for the price. Only thing we really didn't like was the breaded shrimp. Read more
