Best Pizza Iv had in hamilton for a very long time. The 3.9 rating is a joke. The brother that made my son's pizza did an... amazing job. It was perfect. 2 stars because pizza was ok but cold. However, I order a ceaser salad with a large pizza and I?m not sure if it is normal... ceaser salad be served with crutons and bread crumbs?!?! No cheese or bacon??!! It was a horrible salad taste like old crumbsbread. Pizza was cold but still could be eaten. Never again from Gino?s pizza. So disappointing. Read more
They told me my pizza was going to be delayed 5 times. They said a kid on bicycle going to deliver it. When it arrives it was... cold and unappetizing. No taste to anything. Read more
I recently ordered the baked Panzerotti from here, they are huge with tons of ingredients, and fresh. Definitely order these all... the time. I always get the deal for 2, and it comes with 3 ingredients. I get peperoni, bacon crumble, and extra cheese!Delicious! Read more
Rodney was amazing. His customer service abilities was spectacular, he made me feel welcome more importantly safe when it is was... time to pay out. Based on the short period I had with Rodney, I quickly realized he is an asset, he was able to multi taskwhile finishing up an order and he was able to answer my questions I had regarding the deals and promos. To conclude, I willnever go anywhere else for pizza ????, Rodney is now my go to man for pizza along with his excellent work ethic. Would give 0 if I could. Not sure why, but this locations crust was so dry and flavourless. No cornmeal used like other... locations. Ordered the flavoured Parmesan bites. Ate 1 and tossed them in the trash. Hard, overcooked, 0 flavour. Will neverorder again. Read more
First time at this location. Decided to order a walk-in special for take out. I noticed the door was left open and it was... very warm inside. I made my order and waited by the window on a stool. After a couple minutes I expected one of the staffersto close the door but I guess they purposely left it open. Then I saw a yellow jacket wasp on the window and another oneflying inside. It makes me wonder what kind of pest control they have and how safe is their food. I will definitely not comeback here again. Read more
