Staff were quite rude and contamination issues. They were using the same single pair of tongs for each condiment (including... mixing onions and hot peppers) I have a severe food sensitivity to both items, the person before me had both items on their foodand the tongs were left sitting in the hot peppers, which she then went to use in the lettuce, I asked if she could use newtongs that hadn?t been used in either item and she said no and that I could just forgo toppings because they share the tongsamong the condiments ?all the time?. They were also wearing the same pair of gloves for EVERY customer and touching multiplesurfaces (cash, counter, their face, etc). This is unacceptable for food sensitivities/mild allergies that can be prevented aswell as sanitation in general. Read more
Tried chicken bacon poutine at Harveys from Lime ridge mall food court. Awfully salty and taste wise less then avarage. It was... hard to finish. Also extremely slow service. Will never try poutine here. Read more
This is quite literally the worst Harvey?s ever. The workers are beyond rude and their behaviour is disgusting. I waited 30... minutes for one burger.. there was 4 teenagers working all laughing in the back when so many customers are waiting. Afterwaiting 30 minutes she gave me a refund throwing money at me. Manager needs to hire new staff with training. All the employeestreated the customers awful, being rude, laughing, ignoring when there is a huge line. Will never ever eat at this Harvey?sagain. Understaffed which lead to most meals sitting under the warm lights far too long. Onion rings were cremated and had to get them... exchanged. Not completely the staffs fault. They didn?t have enough help for the Sat eve dinner rush. Read more
Unfortunate experience with a raw buffalo chicken sandwich. Photos are available. Update... The management of Harvey's got... right on top of this issue and I am pleased to say that everything is being looked into. Mistakes happen but it is great whenthey are taken seriously and are corrected. Read more
I came in today to order 2 poutines, the wait was a little long but I understand the Buffalo chicken takes a while to make .... When I got my poutines the paper bag ripped and they ended up falling on the ground. The ladies there were so empathetic andended up replacing the poutines for me right away. They were sweet to clean us up and asked my daughter if we were okay. Thankyou for the great customer service. We really appreciate the small gestures :) Read more
Great burgers as always. staff are quick to catch up to an over flow of people during rush hour, are also really friendly!
The girls at the front were absolutely amazing! 10/10 service will for sure come back again, Especially the girl who was putting... the toppings on my burger she was very polite and listened well to my requests. The burger was perfectly done and tasted great.Overall very pleased with the lime ridge location! Read more
