Their burgers are decent and they have a great sauce selection for a great price but the flavour is just not there yet

When busy, they need a manager at the front. The young ladies working the front are too flustered and getting stuff mixed up.... Used to work at McDonald's as a step in manager when needed. I'm just saying to help yourself would be to have someone in therewith organization and knowledge. Read more

Always serves old food I always ask for it freshly made. Drive-thru serves old garnishes usually rotten tomatoes or pickles..... everything?s old bottom line they don?t care making your experience a beautiful thing it?s about them making more $ ? gave thisplace another try! Food still old and garnishes still old l. I asked for an angus burger well done and it was barely cookedpretty much still raw. This place stinks take my word for it. Read more

Amazing service, free with our drive-thru order was the inconsolable screams and cries of my child as the company forgot to put... in her chicken nuggets into her meal. Seriously guys? So glad I got to give you money for a hungry crying child instead of thechicken nuggets. Great value. Theft maybe? Hard pass on this location until they can hire staff that can read a receipt andput the item in a bagm. I'll let you know when my 4 year old is available, she has that figured out. A total of 3 mistakes withmy 4 item order. 25% success rate, is head office looking at these metrics? Read more

For the 1st i went to Harvey's to try the veg burger.. the worst veg burger ever ... need my money back serly. The veg patty was... so thin n dry on top it was taste-less... 1st n last time at harvey's. Read more

I placed an order on the app and went through the drive thru a minute or two before the designated pick-up time to pick up our... order. We ended up stuck behind one customer whose order took TEN MINUTES to complete!! If a customer?s order is going to takethat long to complete and there are customers behind that person whose order is ALREADY COMPLETED , isn?t the correct practiceto have the customer at the front pull to the side so other customers don?t have to wait?!? What?s the point having these timesaving methods - like pre-ordering on an app - when you?re just going to make your customers sit for ten minutes anyway? Read more

Food was good, but only if they actually put it in the drivethru order. They completely forgot to put in my pregnant wife's... chicken strips. So if you're ok with paying $50 and getting $40 worth of food, this is your place! Read more
