Well when I was leaving I ask if there was soya sauce in the bag to be told that she had it in the bag not only wasn't it in the... bag but there was no forks no napkins or how do you eat your food with your hands and we were rushed out of the place even doit was 40 min to closing I will be calling this place in the morning when they open all I can say is this it really made me notwant to or even couldn't eat my dinner well late late dinner all because of a person just not doing there jobs not sure how itwill go but will fi u guys in On what happened Read more

I used to order Joy Inn every Friday night. During Covid we ordered our regular Friday night order and when we got home there... was a black long hair embedded in my rice that was definitely not my hair. I called right away and the lady answered and said"So what do you want another free rice? " I said no thank you I won't be back. I threw their food in the dumpster and we waisted$50 in food. I couldn't eat it, we had to order a pizza. Very disappointed. Read more
Been going here for over 20 years and on a recent trip we purchased a order that had come .35 cents close in order to get a... free dish. I said to her oh I'm really close to the $ 39.00 free dish and I was told that she wouldn't give me the free ordereven if it was .5 cents in the difference.
