Since the last few weeks everything changed in this location from customer service to food quantity. I also noticed portion of... the food is now very smaller than what it used to be specifically chicken meals/boxes. The employees are also new so maybe it'sa new owner but they really need to step up and improve quality to what it used to be. Read more
After 1.5 hrs of waiting for my delivery I called and cancelled my order. ( was told 40 min ) I received an email that my order... was cancelled. However, no refund was issued. Then 2 hrs later my order arrived. I called the location I ordered from however,no one answered. I'm guessing it's because it was 10 min to closing. Ordered from here since far back as I can remember, and the food has definitely changed. The bucket of chicken never came with... any drumsticks and the chicken breasts were smaller than chicken tenders? The batter was also very dark and very greasy, alsothe chicken was overcooked and burnt. I don't know ???? ???? that is KFC a bucket of chicken made them famous and now I don'tknow what happened to the quality of the bucket. I also ordered the spicy big crunch which was good. The popcorn chicken wasfine, the hot wings were great, and the fries and gravy were good too. The only complaint I have is the main course the bucketof chicken, I couldn't eat even one piece and same with other family member, getting thrown out today. Pretty sad not sure whathappened to the original recipe and drumsticks, and the light brown tender batter on them. Probably going to skip this place thenext time I order. Read more
We have only been here a few time and that will be it. The people taking orders have a difficult time understanding what you... would like - the person today didn't understand what a combo was and the fact that we wanted 3 of them. The person argued withus about the combo we wanted -saying it didn't come with a drink. We gave up and just got a partial order. The other time wewent it was very similar. Both times we have had the same experience. Maybe some further training needs to be provided to assistin taking orders. Understandably, companies are under staffed and perhaps that's why the clerk kept disappearing - to the pointthat another customer was yelling for someone to come and take their order. This was a 15min wait / disappearing act. If thereare times that this place is under staffed perhaps a sign would be helpful so customers can be patient when employees aremissing at the front counter. Read more
THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER!!!! 1st don't everorder on app for delivery---call first to see if they're actually delivery 2x... they were not and app takes confirms and takes your money right away even if they are closed. Then it can take up to 5 days toget refunded your money. Management lies and says its been refunded and it hasn't. I waited for hours one night for deliverythat didn't come because it was too close to closing but it was confirmed and they took money. No sorry no compensation nothing.The one manager said you'll get refund and hung up on me. Complained to customer service and they don't care either, never areply. The food is terrible at this lication as well, not bad at the others i font think they change their grease enough. Goto Churches better value, better taste! Read more
Went to dine in but doors locked no sign saying why. Plus the pavement in the parking lot is horrible, huge potholes that could... do damage to your car. I was there at 6 pm on a Sunday!!At least the girl at drive through was pleasant. This was the store atUpper Gage and Mohawk Read more
The chicken was dried out and shriveled up. The service from the cashier was fine. Friendly even. However the sandwich appeared... as if it had been sitting there awhile from a previous order / left over. The reason I say this is because the one side of thesandwich had a dried up different colour spicy mayo and then fresh spicy mayo on the other side. Furthermore, as you can seeby the photos there was a dried spot of grease all around the edge.of the sandwich with green specs in the dried substance onthe fried chicken. Very disappointing. When I pay $9-$10 for a sandwich I do expect it to be edible. Read more
This was an absolute nightmare!!! Had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even came to take our order even though the staff through... the window saw us. And almost 15 minutes for a basic poutine and by the time we got it, it was cold!! The fries and gravy werecold . Staff was so rude !!! There were only 2 other people there and the one woman said she went through the drive through andhad to wait in her car for over 30 mins for her food... she came back in because she thought they forgot about her !!!Absolutely disgusting Read more
