This place allows their employees to ride their bikes in the mall. Myself and 2 others were almost hit and when I said you... probably shouldn?t be riding that in the mall. Wow has this place changed. My family has been going to this KFC for years,,nice treat for everyone on a Friday. We haven't been... there in awhile,,,months and months. I knew the manager and he seemed to run a tight ship. I went in last night for a sandwichand 3 pieces of chicken for my lunch. Nobody was in the order line ,so I walked up and ordered. That's when I was told ,,by avery rude and non trained person, that I'm not next. This guy was over by the pickup area trying to see the menu. A minute plushas passed and this guy still hasn't made up his mind. I sat patiently waiting. A few minutes,,like 5 ,later, she asked me whatI wanted. I told her exactly what I wanted and she could not understand. After I sorted that out I waited for more than 10minutes for my order. Orders were going out to people that ordered AFTER ME. .Do yourself a favor and skip this location,,,notworth the frustration. Read more
Not a good customer experience which I get it from there as a door dash driver. Such a long wait , for nothing, takes more than... half hour to get the order for loosing money. Not really appreciate as a customer. Don?t know how to behave to the deliverypeople. Better luck for other fellow drivers with this such a nasty place. Very pathetic. Read more

I just went to 580 mohawk road kfc at 1:45 and the cashier was very rude and unprofessional. We ordered a brunch and we ask him... to make fresh food. Firstly he said okay perfect we will make fresh for you and then after 5 mins he gave us the stalesandwiches. We said that it is not fresh and the kitchen guy said its fresh. And he told to me to wait for 45 hours for freshfood. As i also work in food sector i now what is prep time. Moreover, the cashier and the lady working in kitchen were soorude and they didnt offered. So i asked for refund and they gave us attitude???? Read more
Famous Chicken Sandwich. Meh. Chicken was dry. Too high batter to chicken ratio. Spicy sauce is boring and overpowering. Without... being spicy. Four little pickle slices. If I think of all the spicy chicken sandwiches I've had at Wendy's over the years, andrecall the worst one I ever had....it was still better than this KFC sandwich. Update: I had the Popeyes chicken sandwich today.I rated it 5 stars. Enough said. My takeaway from this sandwich is that Yum has just given up. Read more
