Umm since when do people making food not have to wear gloves? You can see right into the kitchen. Older lady making the pizzas,... no gloves, putting on toppings, then goes and touches the computer. Doesnt wash her hands and goes right back to making thepizzas. I will not be going here ever again. Especially since we are months out of a pandemic? Actually once i saw her, i wastrying to see if anyone was wearing gloves, and they werent. Not to mention, please don?t advertise ? hot and ready? whennothing was ready, even pepperoni pizza. If im going to wait 20 minutes for little ceasars, then forget it. I?ll go somewhereelse where their food handling is better and their pizza tastes better!! Read more
While writing a review I am not at all surprised by the bad experience I faced. The store is in a convenient location but the... customer service ruins it all. I arrived at the store at 22:45PM. 15 mins before closing and I asked the old lady about 2items. She said her oven was turned off and all she had was 1 crazy bread & 1 pepperoni to offer. I didn?t know how to react toher response and just passed, went to the next door shawarma joint. What person in their right mind would not take an order fromthe customer and make the item requested? I asked for fresh pizza out of the oven.. I waited in the cold for 20 minutes for fresh pizza. I got old stale pizza. I seen... girl take the old pizza out of the heat warmer. I told her kindly that i waited for fresh ones she insisted they were fresh. Igot to my car to find out was old stale pizza. Even boxes were bubbled from sitting in warming box. Food was fine but my experience was tarnished by the rude person at cash. I stood there for a good two minutes (she knew this... because a loud bell goes off when you enter) right in front if her?and she didn?t even look up. Then rolled her eyes at meabout three times, and when i asked for dipping sauce i had ordered but not received, she seemed super annoyed and grabbed itand thrust it at me? ** Also capacity limits have changed. As someone who manages a very busy coffee chain, as long as peoplesocial distance you can have more than 2 people in your establishment. Horrible cold pizza barley any cheese took forever to pay for the pizza 10+ minutes was first in line and they were helping... people behind me employes aren?t paying attention worst little ceasers in Hamilton by far ordered ahead and they gave my orderto someone else and gave me one they had in there heater oven.. so mad I came here big waste of time will never return hereagian this is also the seccond time something like this has happened to me.
