I ordered online but was late picking it up and by the time I got there, the dinning room was no longer open to the public. I... wasn't driving so I couldn't use the drive thru... So I knocked on one of their doors. Despite the inconvenience the staff wasvery accommodating and fulfilled the order without incident... their drive thru was bumper to bumper and my order was for 5people and yet they remained friendly, they were very efficient, our food was hot and everyone got everything they ordered withnot one mistake. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Worst customer service ever. I asked for a double cheeseburger meal and the guy... at drive through said he could not make it a meal and was adamant he could not. When I showed him the meal on the app hebasically kept saying he COULD not do it. So who is right here? The app and customer or the guy who wasn?t trained well enoughto use his till. He was rude and basically thought he was right. As someone who worked for McDonald?s long ago, this guy was therudest and worst kind of worker. Horrible experience for a simple order. Read more
It's mcdonalds, you know what you expect in terms of food quality at that point. Good for a quick and cheap meal. Location... itself is rather small but never too busy. Highly recommend using their official app though for its deals and collecting points. Read more
Spent 50$ there today on a mobile order for pick up. First they took FOREVER and served numerous customers that ordered after me... before serving me... then they gave me my food but no my drinks. Then they said I had to prove they didn't give me my drinks....we'll why would I be standing here WITH ONLY FOOD if I had gotten my drinks. Then double checked the food. Turns out they didn'teven give us our proper food. Ordered a kids snack wrap happy meal. Was given a hamburger happy meal. yesterday waited 45minutes for ice cream... and then had to watch as they served a crackhead food before giving me my food when he never even paidfor food.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS TO ANYONE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ID HORRIBLE. THE WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE. THEYNEVER EVEN APOLOGISE FOR MAKING A MISTAKE. WHAT A WASTE OF $50. I ordered the big mac with no pickles. They gave me 5 pickles. Only 1 slice of cheese that looked old. It was disgusting. Thin... burgers slapped on buns with no care on presentation. I understand that it's McDonald's but they should care about theircustomers. Big Mac's used to be huge back in the day. Ordered 3 drinks at the order kiosk and waited 20 minutes. Watched other food orders get filled. Had to ask for someone to fill... the order. Was told it would be. Others continued to be filled, asked a second time and the employee was confused because theycouldn't find the slip. I finally had to give them my copy. All for 3 fountain drinks. Read more
If you like stale fries, don't visit this location.Food was cold. No reciept in bag and fries are as old as old mother hen.... Called manager on duty. First excuse out of manager mouth is its been really busy. Not true- only 1 car ahead. Too busyservicing all the uber eats!!!! Your service is slipping Barton McDonald's. Just called back and spoke to manager who said shedidn't believe me. Now I have to drive back to location with my unused portion of food to "prove" that I'm not lying!!
