I love their veggie fries. They got amazing food and excellent customer service.

I?ve eaten here several times and it was very good every time. However, the waiting times are stupidly long.

It a decent cheap poutine, but there definitely not Canada's best, but they get bonus points for there selection of poutines.

Dec 8 5:30-6pm: I ordered a regular poutine and as I was eating I saw there was a hair in it. I went back to the worker and told... her there was and she said ejat hair there is no hair and I said why would I come here and say there is one if there isn?t.And she told me she has to take a picture to show her manager and then make me a new one. I showed her where the hair is shetook it out and said it?s not hers because it?s short. Who else hair would it be if she was the only employee working at thetime and I don?t have short hair either. She through the hair on the counter and said I have to wait to get another one and Isaid ok. So what happened to having to take a picture of it? Also my second order I threw it in the garbage because she drenchedit in gravy and barely any fries or cheese. Worst experience at this mall by far. Read more

I usually love New York fries, but do not order, it's barely a step above gross. it takes 2-5x more time to receive your order... then they say.. a stone cold mushy veggie fries. And crusty dry hot dog and bun. Yum.. :/ I hate to waste food at all, but theraccoons get this meal. Read more
