terrible service, ordered online 1 and a half hours before closing with plenty of time to make a pizza or call if something were... to happen and upon arrival the two younger guys working were leaving, I asked them what happened as I ordered an online orderand they responded with ?the oven broke down??. And when I asked to see the pizza that they said they had made and left on thecounter it was only half cooked and half burnt and didn?t even have the toppings I had ordered, and I had ordered a garlic breadwith it and that wasn?t made either which is made at the same time as the pizza usually.. 10/10 don?t recommend the terribleservice from the younger guys who just wanted to get out early on a Friday night. Edit. Update... I heard they had new management. So we tried them again. This time service was much better. Pizza was ready in a... timely manner , hot and accurate. Their pizza is quite good. We will try again. The pizza is great HOWEVER... 1. They need towash their hands!. 2. The wait is ridiculous. We waited an hour and 15 mins. So be.prepared to wait. The pizza is good. Hot. Ihave had them give my pizza to another customer. Now.when I order I wait inside. They are not very organized. Read more

Shawrma Poutine, taste of the sauce had an overpowered flavor of either clove, or nutmeg, not very good, and couldn't enjoy it,... the smell overpowered my senses. The "chicken" was in these cubes, and tasted like tofu, squished they dont look like meateither, when I called I told them of my disappointment and uncertainty of what was in it. they said its chicken. Didn't helpthey couldn't find poutine on the menu, AND it took them 20min to make this thing. Not gonna happen again. Read more
I didn't even order!!!! when I called for medium 3 topping pizza they could only give me an estimate on the price and said "it's... the same price as every other pizza place" and this place charges alot of extras, don't even give a free house dipping saucewith the pizza..... like every other pizza place lol...I'll order lava pizza thanks for nothing pizza depot Read more
I wish I could give them zero star. My wife placed an order and she ordered tandoori chicken pizza. When I get in to get the... pizza the was you didn't order for chicken pizza and If you want chicken you need to pay for this and the one your getting. Hewas kept on saying I am wrong I told him I want to talk to you manager he said sorry you can't talk to my manager. He said youcan stand all day he started abusing me which i cant tolerateat all. Best pizza in Hamilton! My husband ordered this Pizza and it was the best Pizza I have ever had in my life because it was heart... shaped and taste was so amazing and yummy . We got wings and an extra-large pizza, the wings are really well seasoned and we ordered a Cheese Pizza with the Garlic Base... Sauce, Extra Cheese and Feta. We normally order from Domino's the same way and honestly this place has done it even better! Adefinite recommend. Read more
