PIZZA PIZZA ?s THIS LOCATION IS AWESOME THEY HAVE QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICE
Hi Pizza Pizza Team, This is Sandeep. I could have been to different PIZZA PIZZA's for more than 500 times in Canada. Today... was the most ridiculous experience at the PIZZA PIZZA on 1508 Upper James St, Hamilton, ON L9B 1K3. I made an order which wastaken wrong by the CSR (listen to the recording). Upon my request, the Manager and the pizza maker decided to make another pizzaand wanted to charge me for the extra pizza that they made a mistake as well (I ordered 2 pizza's and they want to charge mefor 3 pizzas). I denied paying and the manager started abusing and yelling at me. He calls himself a manager and doesn't havethe dignity of speaking to a customer. With all the arrogance and shamelessness, he calls the OWNER of the PIZZA PIZZA andexplained him/her the situation. The owner doesn't have the dignity to speak or take charge of the situation either. Icompletely don't understand how PIZZA PIZZA is able to hire such people as OWNERS and MANAGERS. He is incapable of working atany facility where people come for food and peace of mind. I as a customer want quality of food for the price you people havebeen charging. If PIZZA PIZZA doesn't carry the capability of hiring people, training people, taking proper food orders, makingproper food, mention it on your website and billboards that you and the employees can't respect the customer and the customerswill decide if they should order from you people or go to other places. If your employees or store owners can't respect thecustomers its an entire failure of PIZZA PIZZA and their system. Read more

I used to love ordering from pizza pizza, they have the best creamy garlic sauce I've ever had but! Ever since I moved to... Hamilton I've been disappointed over and over again. I'm abit out of town so this is the only location that will deliver to me.I always order a baked panzerotti with creamy garlic sauce instead of tomato. This location ALWAYS over cooks my panzerotti. Itcomes to me burnt everytime. I decided to cave and get the deep fried, they made it wrong so I had to get a replacement made,the replacement....was so full of grease when I bit I to my panzerotti at least 2 ounces of grease came gushing out. I'm sodisappointed in this location and wish I had a better pizza pizza near me to deliver my muchmissed creamy garlic filledpanzerottis. Read more
This was my first time at this location and it was the best pizza I've had from a Pizza Pizza in the last 8 years. The pizza... actually had a proper crust and a good amount of sauce. Read more
Requested a pizza that is well done for the first time, my family disliked it and commented being it overcooked. I agree with my... family, as i had a little trouble digesting it myself. I'm disappointed with this quality of cooking, i advice against thisrestaurant if you are looking to get "Well Done" pizza. Read more
