Wow!!!! Best pizza in Hamilton by far!!!!! I?m honestly impressed! Perfect cook and thickness of the crust. The flavour of the... sauce is beyond perfection and soo fresh! The pizza wasn?t greasy at all and each topping had so much flavour to it! You cantell they use good quality ingredients and it shows. They had the perfect sauce vs dough vs topping ratio. Great pizzas, with amazing crusts. All their different doughs are delicious, and they have a large variety of speciality pizzas... as well as custom options. Good garlic bread as well! EDIT: The 1 downside is bad customer service. The guy at the counter wasreally rude when myself and my mother went to go pick up an order. I totally get things being rushed and not having time to bepolite etc, I was a server/cashier too and people need to be more understanding of the fact that they do not owe you niceties-However, this dude was shockingly rude to my mother, who simply asked (very politely) if the sauce was included in our order,and the guy practically barked at her that she can get it herself, pointed at the other counter and told her to leave. I...wasactually pretty caught off guard. And when 1 of the sauces wasn't there so we asked for it, he refused to even speak to mymother, just shouted 'marinara' at another employee, got it and threw it on the counter before storming off again.Like...alright then. Sorry but?? Barking at people / being rude and telling them to get their items themselves is...not a greatbusiness idea. We literally could have walked out of there with as many sauces as we wanted and paid for none (which of course Iwouldn't do, but my point still stands) and nobody would have known- and that employee certainly wouldn't have cared. TLDR:Great food but 1 of the employees is pretty rude - if you wanna avoid that, order delivery or I guess wait until someone else atthe counter can serve you. Excellent! Gluten free crust with dairy-free cheese. Ordered delivery and it arrived fresh. Def will order again.
What a great fine, had a chance to try out Pizzaiolo. Amazing, Delicious with a capital D, Fresh, friendly staff, overall a... place to grab a pizza. Locke Street is a great place to be, people walking by are friendly, everyone say hello, strikes up aconversation. Pizzaiolo prices are fantastic, portions are large. Pizza is delicious. We ordered a party pizza with 4 different types. All were tasty and good presentation. Crust is really soft... and really different from other pizza stores. Good staff and friendly. Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas the other day. One party pizza turned out great. The other pizza however, less than mediocre. Ordered the... pizza to be deep dish with extra cheese and sauce. I specifically ordered extra cheese and sauce because I thought it would needit, being deep dish and all. Paid roughly an extra 6 dollars for all this. More than half of each piece of pizza was just doughwith no toppings, sauce, or cheese. The first 2 to 3 bites of the pizza was great. But after that, very meh. Read more
Ever since the pandemic started, I?ve been on a quest to find a great pizza. I?ve tried some of the trendy ones, and wasn?t... impressed. I?ve probably tried 20 different places, but none of them made me say Wow! Until now. We just had the best pizzathat I have had, since the great ones that I remember from my younger days. We continue to have good experiences at Pizzaiolo. They offer a great tasting gluten free pizza crust. The website is easy to... use and living so close we usually just do pickup. The order is always ready really quickly. They have regular specials butwith gluten free you pay a bit more. Medium gf pizza with 3 toppings is about $24. We've returned many times for more. Read more
