After 10 plus years of promoting and eating here I have to give this review. Greatest wing place so I thought for years been a... loyal once a week customer. Tonight the order we received had a hair in the wing coating they were stone cold and the worstwings I have ever had. Seems they have lost their way and riding out the repeat customers. I will never order here again astheir service and product is substandard and not good at all. 12 French fries is apparently a large. Wing were stone cold andundercooked. Ordered honey hot and hot bbq wings and these wings were so hot no one could eat them called the manager to tell him that we... didn't ask for suicide wings he said bring all the wings back then maybe we will give you what you actually did ask for. Wings are always on point and tasty. The girls working are always rushed, pressed for time and the wait is long but it's worth... it. This location may want to consider hiring more people to deal with the influx of orders and give the girls working a bit ofhelp. Read more
My group usually gets breaded wings, which I am not a fan of, just seems to be a soggy mess. More sauce does not mean better... wings. This time I tried the non breaded wings and they were closer to classic Buffalo style. Got hot but they were more BBQsauce flavour, not the Frank?s Red Hot flavour. And lots of sauce. The wings were decently cooked, but they were very small. This is why so many places bread their wings in Hamilton, it makes the wings seem bigger. Nice container of celery and carrots.2 small containers of so called blue cheese dip which seemed more like mayo. Service was pleasant. If RR offered jumbo nonbreaded I would definitely go back, even if the cost was more. ordered a combo off of Uber eats where i was able to pick 2 sauces for my wings. i chose 1/2 medium bbq and 1/2 honey mustard.... Also requested for wings to be "saucy" as per options available. not only were the wings not "saucy" but only half had bbq sauceat all. the one half was delivered as plain wings missing the honey mustard sauce. The wings are good, this review is for the owner. Get some air conditioning in there for staff. Shameful. It was 44 degrees... today, I was sweating just waiting for my order. How do you expect your staff to work in those conditions?? Read more
How you have existed in Hamilton for so long without me encountering you is unfathomable. Hands down the only wings that can... rival my homemade smoked wings. Jamaican hot was perfect ,extra sauce options. My new go-to for delivery or a takeout dinner.Had to go a second time last week just to be sure it wasn't a fluke. Respect. Read more
Used to be a good experience here. Was told it would be a few more minutes for my pickup on arrival - waited 15 minutes more.... There were maybe 10-12 fries in total. The worst part was there was a massive hair hanging out of my chicken. Worth the wait! Read more
