When I think of poutine I think of big fresh cut fries that are crispy and a nice thick gravy. These were soggy and basic. I... also think the people serving us need to learn basic customer service skills. When you hand a customer their food and they saythank you, you?re suppose to say you?re welcome and not look blankly at them. Without proper customer service sorry but youwon?t survive.
